ENDING ILLEGAL DEI AND DEIA DISCRIMINATION AND PREFERENCES This seems a great use of the DOJ resources, going after the hardest of the hard cases. I particularly like that she directs the Civil Rights Division(you know, the one that protects minorities from being discriminated against) to ferret out these criminals who make an effort to expand there hiring pool. I'm sure none of these companies will have a problem being told who they can and can't hire, so worry about the millions and millions of tax payer funds that will be used to defend those potential lawsuits. That's what I love about this administration, they always have their eye on the ball, seeing the big picture, not making mountains out of molehills and really digging in and taking care of the most important priorities this nation needs to address.
