What do you think of Hunter in this video?
Mike Honcho replied to lickin_starfish's topic in The Geek Club
I know, everyone is going to be shocked that something on the interweb wasn't true, but: Fact Check: Video does not show Hunter Biden dragging woman into room -
Hey, I celebrated getting eight green lights in a row....I'm all about the small victories.

The least important words uttered of my lifetime
Mike Honcho replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
Variations of that were my first thought, but I just couldn't bring myself to go there. -
This entire thing was silly to begin with, prosecuting for tax evasion from 2017/2018, when he had already paid all the penalties. I read stats that said over 95% of similar cases wouldn't be charged once the penalties were paid. This entire thing was the GOP screaming about Hunter and the fake Biden crime family, otherwise it would have been the biggest nothing burger ever.

Probably weren't too many watching this game, but brutal hit on Trevor Lawrence led to a brawl.

I would have guessed "I do". -
As a Badger alum who lives in Michigan now, I'm thrilled with the result. I'm always happy to see OSU lose and seeing them lose as a 23 point favorite at home is extra great!

βNarco subβ bound for Australia seized in massive international operation that netted 1,400 metric tons of drugs
Mike Honcho replied to Mike Honcho's topic in The Geek Club
There were still 225 tons of coke in all the seizures-that seems like a lot to me. Maybe not to @Engorgeous Georgewho was getting invited to some pretty wild parties back in the day, but to me it sounds like a lot. -
The most important news story of our lifetimes
Mike Honcho replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
For the 6th grade science fair, I did a report on fusion reactors as the future of energy and I only got a 3rd place award, finishing below the guy who brought in sea-monkeys. So I'm pretty sure it's not a feasible idea and think we should look more into sea-monkey solutions. -

It is getting fun to see how the Bears are going to botch a dramatic come back every week. I was worried they were going to repeat themselves with a blocked kick, but they pulled it out of a hat and came up with something new again.

My brother lives in West Palm Beach, so this is just a quick trip across alligator alley. I'll be adding this to the list of things to do when I'm down there.

After that the one lawyer spends a lot of time looking at the various laws on tariffs. What role Congress plays, what laws the President could use to raise tariffs on his own and what/if any grey areas there might be. Also there is some time spent on tariffs, trade wars and specifically the SmootβHawley Tariff Act from the great depression. They are clearly biased from a left-wing perspective, but it's pretty-much very fact-based with speculation about the possible effects. I started watching his channel, because I've always been fascinated with the legal process in the US and the channel covers a lot of topical, complicated legal issues of the day in an easy to digest way. If you have 20-25 minutes to spare every two weeks, it's worth a subscribe.

Docu-drama based on one of the largest burglaries ever to take place in London. 4 episodes on Amazon Prime(got to pay for it - 10 bucks). Really, really great if you like that kind of stuff. And bonus---i only had to turn on the closed-caption to understand ENGLISH on less than 5% of it.
