You might try reading the OP again, or anything regarding this situation because he doesn't have to authority to give an extension unless conditions are met and they have not. He's breaking the law, you guys don't care, thus the hypocrisy. He doesn't have 90 days to get TikTok to divest, hey had until January 19 to do that and they did not. That's why TikTok when dark for 12 hours, until Trump made up his own extension, one the law does not permit and then they turned the lights back on. There are also no negotiations - the law is absolute, TikTok had to be spun off from ByteDance by January 19 or they are banned and any company that works with them gets fined. That 80 days at most doesn't exist according to the law the Congress passed. Trumps EO is absolutely thumbing his nose at the other two branches of govt.
