All of those are a continuation of the previous 4 years of the Dem administration. Go back and look at the numbers, they were all trending that way from the Obama days and he didn't do anything to help or improve it. I(along with many economists) would argue the opposite, his corporate tax cuts didn't spur new economic growth, but more wealth accumulation by the people at the top. You are giving him a lot of credit for riding the momentum of the previous administration. Also that's a big "except", because him and his administrations response to that is enough to not deserve a second term.

They can ask him to leave, but from watching enough police audit videos, if he was not interfering and not doing anything illegal(parked), the courts have been pretty clear they can ask, but he's under no obligation to leave.

I agree with that, he immediately should have opened the window, the line between lawful/unlawful(it might not sure as hell illegal) commands is too blurry to be screwing around with aggravating a cop over the window, IMO. The videos I've watched, and the actions by departments afterwards often show the window doesn't need to be all the way down, but lowered enough to have a conversation. The problem I see for the cops here is he asks him to roll the window down...pause, asks again and Tyreek rolls the window down. Then the officer says "keep your window down or I'm going to get you out of the car, as a matter-of-fact get out of the car". What I wonder is if in between the first time officer asks him to keep the window down is Tyreek doing something else, getting insurance stuff, calling his agent, something that delayed him from opening the window immediately. The officer asks him to roll the window down at 32 seconds and it's lowered at 43 seconds---and at 47 seconds he's telling him to get out of the car. I find it hard to believe that the Miami PD are going to find this to be reasonable actions by the police. Again though, I'll wait to the after-incident report, as the procedures vary so much from dept. to dept.

I've watched a lot of police audit videos and while rolling up the window isn't friendly or respectful, once he passed the license and insurance, I'm pretty sure he has the right to close the window. Have to wait for the audit though to see if there is something about Florida that says otherwise.
