WDIS at QB...Will help in return

have to go with Palmer (if healthy). Denver's defense is THAT BAD when they went a LB in return for Brandon Marshall.

    picked 5 out of 12

Wow..just realized you took 2 qb's with ur first 2 picks. Shoulda went with a RB then Brady. Thats why ur RB's are so weak.

There's a lot of areas for improvement on your team. First is ur RB's. Ryan grant is the only starting RB on your team. D-Mac has potential but he's gonna split with Fargas and Bush this season. Washington is ok, but still a backup to Thomas Jones. Hope that Jones' age catches up to him then ur a little better off. Sproles did well last year but with LT healthy.. numbers might go down this year. Now WR's... TJ is a solid WR but I'm not sold on Berrian. He's got speed and he has Favre throwing to him but his success is too dependent on favre. Personally, I think out of the WR's/TE in Minnesota, Shiancoe is going to be targeted a lot. Favre always likes TE's. Also dump Hillis... we all know Knowshon is going to be the man there. Your bench seems weak to me. Is that Chris Henry from Cin or Ten?

    Rate My Team Please!

League has 12 teams. I hear what you guys are saying about my QB situation but I figured since passing is 50yds a point, if it's not one of the top guys (manning, brady, etc)... the difference between most of the other qb's aren't that different. I didn't even realize that I had 2 NYG WR's... thanks for pointing that out.

    Huge trade, need advice

MJD's value is really in the PPR since he's a great receiving RB. Look at it like this... Manning is an upgrade over Schaub no doubt. Willie Parker is an after thought and you'll probably never play him (barring injury, etc). Your WR's are now a mix of Boldin/Gonzales/Jackson (You'll never play coles) vs. Gonzales/Jackson (Driver/Coles play only on bye weeks). Clearly you're better at WR. With PPR, you have the option of playing a WR at the flex now based on matchups where you didn't before. So now we get down to MJD. I think the key thing about this trade is that ur RB's Gore, Johnson, & Rice are all good receiving RB's (Gore - 43 rec, Johnson - 43 rec, Rice - 33 rec). Probably not as good as MJD, but the drop off in PPR wouldn't hurt as much vs. someone like (comparing only PPR) Adrian Peterson, who gets replaced with Chester Taylor on receiving downs. Remember, Gore had 53 rec 2 years ago and 61 rec 3 years ago. And you know he's the focal point of the offense under Coach Singletary. I don't think the loss of MJD will hurt you as much since ur other rb's are more valuable with PPR. And remember, Boldin had 89 receptions.... in 12 games. Plus Rice is clearly ahead of McGahee this season. Tough trade but I think accepting the trade definitely makes your team stronger. DO IT!! Help me out? http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=348263

    Team needs evaluation!

I like your team. QB - With Tony G, Matt Ryan has another weapon and Palmer isn't too shabby of a backup (I would've gone another WR in R7 though) RB - With Cutler, defenses will give the passing game respect and can't stack the box against Forte. Ronnie Brown is definitely gonna play better after playing a season following his injury. Should get more carries with Ricky getting older. Stewart will still split carries but he still got a lil over 10 carries a game. A little gimpy right now but hope DeAngelo gets injured. Beanie wells is the darkhouse. Hopefully he passes Hightower then ur RB's are golden and you have great trade bait. TO is TO (R3 seems a little early) but a year older. I'm a fan of Desean and think he'll have a better year with Maclin on the team. I think Royal will suffer with Orton. Coles is serviceable but not a big fan at all. Harvin will have value eventually.. not sure if you'll ever need it since he's the last one you'd play as of now TE - Boss.. with Plax gone you would think he'd get more thrown his way. I'm not a big fan though because I think what he's done so far is what you'll get. There's gotta be someone else available All in all, your QB, RB's are great. I think you could've drafted another WR other than TO but again, I like Desean. I'm a little suspect on ur WR's though. I think the only guy that has any upside is Desean. Hopefully you can trade a QB or a RB and for better WR's....or keep a lookout on the waiver wire. For TE, I say pick up someone else. There has to be someone better than Boss. Pierre Thomas advice?

I would probably pick up my Bell. He's having a great camp and even Payton thinks they might use a 3 back rotation. With PPR, Kevin Faulk has value. He catches but running opportunities are going to be limited. Plus with Fred Taylor there, he's gotta take a hit. My opinion... go with Bell.
  10. Don't know which one to keep. I'm leaning towards Hester since he's got Cutler, but I think Olsen will be the #1 guy (plus #2 WR Bennett played with Cutler at Vanderbilt so they have connection already). Ginn obviously has underwhelmed but WR's usually break out there 3rd year + he's got a good balanced offense which could open opportunities for him. I believe both guys will still be doing Punt Returns (Correct me if I'm wrong)... so they seem like similar players... but who's got the upside? League Format: 12 Teams, Keep 7 players with a max of 3 WR's & 2 RB's My Keepers as of now are Adrian Peterson, Clinton Portis, Antonio Gates, Tom Brady, Randy Moss, Vincent Jackson, Hester or Ginn Scoring setting is: 10 rushing yards: 1 point 10 receiving yards: 1 point 20 return yards: 1 point 1 reception: 1 point Any TD: 6 points Thanks for your help!
