You mean A Just A Guy? That’s pretty much what you said with a jag. I own none, but if I did I’d be trading either and all right now. They both have individual value that will simply diminish from week to week. But that’s me.

I hear you, but that knee isn’t just dislocated. All the parts that make a knee joint work are gone.
-
That’s likely a career ending injury. This should’ve been his year, finally.

Kyren looks the part of a feature back so far.

Atlanta has a stable of young stud skill players now. Imagine that team with a real QB.

This. The concussion situation for him is extremely serious. So much so that he contemplated retiring at the end of last season. He’s going to be really good until the next concussion that will very likely end his career. It’s unfortunate.

I guess he’ll never realize his real dream of becoming Brett Favre. Hate to see any injury, though.

How the fock do Tee Higgens and Drake London get...
JagFan replied to seafoam1's topic in FFToday Board
I watched the Atlanta game (it was the only game on here) and they didn’t need to throw much at all. The running, and short passing game was working very well. -
J Williams is the only healthy RB for NO this week. Taysom has a shot at a big game.
-
I saw a lot of throws behind or over the WRs. Chalk this one up to a bad day all the way around.

This is what I expected from Gibbs. He had decent production last year at Alabama…because it was Alabama. But he wasn’t used as a bell cow last year the way most Alabama backs have been…that was a big red flag for me. He’s not going to be consistent this year…more of a headache. As soon as he has his first TD he should be traded if possible.

Mahomes looked bad throwing behind, and above his WRs. Gibbs is exactly what the experts thought he would be. My prediction that Denver wins that division took a big step forward last night.

There should be a comma between smart, and very educated. It’s the grammatically correct way to separate two thoughts. I learned that when I was getting educated.

I completely get where you’re coming from with this topic. We all want validation when we draft players from our favorite team, reach for a player because we’ve drafted poorly, etc. These are common learning opportunities in our first year playing Fantasy Football. Learning that hope isn’t a strategy is a bitter pill, but it’ll make you better at this next year. We’ve all been there, so we get it. Try to work the waiver wire, and you can fix it. Don’t let failure this season detour you from sticking with this.

I figured he finally finished his book, Elf On Himself, and was working hard to get it through the publisher before the season started.

The only fantasy value to be had in Carolina is the Def facing them each week. There is nothing else to see here…time to move on.
-
He was waiting to see if Favre was going to come out of retirement.

Drop this Deuce on your roster!

League size is a big deal as well. 12 teamer, plus bye weeks….do the math.

I’ve haven’t been high on Chubb the past few years because of Hunt. Now with Hunt gone, I could see Chubb push for a #1 RB finish. Also heard on the radio a week or so ago that Chubb was working on his pass catching as they intend to design more passes for him. I doubt we see a huge uptick in catches, but do expect him to finish the season with his highest catch total yet. I understand the new trend for taking a WR in rd1, but I was very pleased to get Chubb at the 10 pick in my first draft.

And so it begins

Kupp is probably your best chance of fixing this roster. Your RBs are waiver wire fodder. Hopefully Krupp’s first two games are good enough to trade him for a RB.

I’m going to give a college football bold prediction: Coach Nickname takes Colorado to the CFB playoffs in his first season. Shedeur wins the Heisman. And boldest of all…neither Coach Nickname, or Shedeur talks in first person during their Heisman acceptance speeches.

This thread title is a little misleading. Are you saying you also die when Tua does the full Hamlin?
