Two NFL season…Two 1,000 yard seasons…. I’d say the dude is already out. And it should be obvious what you’re getting. Should he add 4-5 more TD’s you’ve gotten great value at his ADP.
-
Houston scares me trying to figure out who to take in that WR group, or where. But I do love Stroud with all that talent to throw to.
-
59.7 is Darnold’s career completion average. 65.7 is the NFL league average. This spells out stalled drives, and uncatchable balls. Even if they do target JJ 10+times that equates to no good enough for the draft capitol it will take to get him.
-
The QB situation in Minny concerns me as well. In addition to Hill and Lamb, I’d also put Chase ahead of him. I’m a bit surprised that more folks don’t have Chase higher. Finally, if Discount Double Douche is healthy I’d put Wilson ahead of JJ. Buyer be ware with anything Minny this year IMO.

Yes, sorry about the confusion there. He was using Montgomery as an example. I was simply saying I’d rather not use that pick on any player with potential red flags even if they may be minor red flags.
-
Agreed that those averages shouldn’t kill you. But I don’t think I want to live with that kind of doubt with the #1 pick….thats all I’m saying.
-
I hadn’t been considering McCaffrey at all until I recently landed the #1 pick in a new league. Last year he handled 339 total touches. 329 in 2022. Prior to that he eclipsed 300 touches in 2019 with a whopping 403, and we all know how 2020-2021 went. He’s now 28 with a lot of mileage the past two years. It has me concerned, especially with this injury. Not the slam dunk at #1 I thought he was a week ago. I think you have to consider Bijan, Hill, “insert your favorite here” etc. if you have the #1 pick.

I’m anticipating a Jerome Bettis circa 2003-2005 end of career year. 150-200 carries, 3.3 ypc, 25-30 catches, and 7-12 td’s. That’s firmly in RB 2/3 territory if you go WR heavy early.
-
If Discount Double Douche looks healthy in the preseason, Wilson’s ADP will go up.
-
As much as I can’t stand AAron because he’s a me-me-me cry baby, he does lock in on his top target when he has one that’s talented. So if cry baby can stay healthy, and not lose the locker room with his b!tc#ing and moaning because they’ll be really bad as a team yet again, I could see him making Wilson top 3, if not the WR 1 this year for fantasy.

Giants HC Brian Daboll berates offense during ‘sloppy’ practice
JagFan replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in FFToday Board
There is nothing to see here now that Barkley is gone. There’s been nothing to see here for a few years except Barkley. Congratulations Giants on your continued commitment to excellence! -
Im sooooooo glad I clicked on this discussion tonight! I beat the lock!!!!

Just Ignore the Media Experts: They Have No Clue
JagFan replied to wolves111's topic in FFToday Board
Also remember these “experts” who write these articles are also playing FF. Some are probably betting a lot of their money on year long as well as daily. That’s always made me skeptical about their advice… -
I actually like Kyren for this very reason. I just don’t see the coaches splitting this backfield the way some are expecting. The goal is to win games, and this guy is a proven weapon.
-
Going through the rankings out right now and I see a few that I don’t agree with. I’ll share my thoughts, and welcome y’all’s: 1. Josh Allen - not sure he’s a top 5 this year considering his weapons. 2. Brock Purdy - I feel like he should be top 5 considering where his weapons are ranked. Two WRs in the top 15, TE in top 3, and RB projected with the most receptions. 3. Justin Jefferson - feels like a fall from the top 10 based on Minnys QB situation.
-
If I get the 1 pick there’s no other pick for me.
-
I was looking at ADP on CBS earlier and the thing that stood out the most to me was Breece Hall’s ADP at 2. That just seems way too high for me. I get the whole Rodgers thing, but I don’t see good things for the Jets this year. They always find a way to suck.
-
The only relevance this signing has is to show just how desperate the Bills are for warm bodies at the WR position. Fantasy wise, it’s further proof that Alan should probably be drop down a spot or two in your rankings. If you aren’t seeing that, you are probably a Bills fan.
-
Yea, but I don’t look at that forum.

My concern about Diggs is how he’s going to react to not being constantly target, because he won’t be. What’s his attitude going to be down the stretch? It’s just a tough situation to read. I think all 3 will have huge weeks, but you’ve got to get lucky picking which one.
-
I think that’s too early. That’s why I wait until week 3 of the season to pick up my first QB. But if I was going to reach for one of those QBs it would be Levis.

I do like auction leagues, and having access to any player I want. I’ve seen a lot of strategies work…like spending up on a couple top players and being savvy on sleepers for cheap. As well as letting everyone else blow their budgets on the tippy top players, then loading up on solid players no one else has money to bid on. You’ve gotten some great advice on that so far. I think the strategy that you must employ no matter what…nominate high end players you have no interest in early to get others to spend. And try to bid players up that you don’t want to force others to overpay (be careful there). Have a blast, and good luck!
-
Sure it does. Getting a top 5 RB in the 3rd round feels very right. I’m not advocating for his ADP to rise…but fall. That’s why I hope everyone in my league is reading these foolish posts about his value being diminished. Discussions like this in July are what FF Championships are made of!

I agree with this. They needed good depth / change of pace behind Williams. It makes zero sense to take that much proven production off the field if you’re trying to win games, and keep your job. Corum is insurance should Williams get dinged up. Williams still finishes in the top 5 for RBs this year.
