Huh?

I'm planning on watching him score more points for my team after I didn't make the postseason than any weeks when it would have mattered for me. I played him every week other than his bye week. It's a major reason why my season is over.

My league has a slew of 6-6 teams, and I sit at 5-7. There are 3/6 teams that have sewn up playoff spots by being better than the 6-6 and 5-7 teams. Therefore three of the average teams will make the playoffs. Obviously I need to win my last game and hope the right 6-6 teams lose. My league uses Power Ranking as the tiebreaker after division winners, so it is possible to make the postseason with a record worse than someone who doesn't make it. So, I need to win and win with a huge score. I also need any 6-6 team that is playing against one of the clinched teams to lose. Furthermore I need the 6-6 teams that do win to be the ones with low seasonal point scores. I don't think it is possible, but I will put in my best lineup just in case.

Our rule is that the trade needs to be completed at least 24 hours before the first game of the week for the traded players to be available for your lineup. The 24 hours is then used for other people to object to the trade. I'm not a fan of the rule, but nobody in my league trades anyway, so it hasn't caused any controversy. You can make trades on Saturday or Sunday, but the traded players won't be available until the following week.

I'm 3-4 and still in the running, but it has been pretty disappointing. I'm thinking about putting Gurley out there, now that I can play Booker with CJ out. Gurley has been disappointing relative to his draft position, but he still puts up at least double digit points most weeks. I can't bench him, but I can try to trade him. I don't necessarily have any total suckers in my league, so it's not like I'm going to get top value for him, but if I can get a good WR to put with TY and keep Michael Thomas in flex, that would seem to be a nice improvement that would take the Gurley rock off my back. The problem is it will leave me with no good backup for Ingram and Booker.

I'm a Bears fan. The NFL has been difficult to watch for me since the day after they lost to Rodgers in the NFC Conference Championship. The true measure of the decline will be how I watch when the Bears are good again. In short, ask me in 2025 or so!

Gurley, Russell Wilson, and Golden Tate were all drafted by me to be in my starting lineup. I was able to pick up Matt Ryan and Michael Thomas was able to pick up the slack for Tate, but Gurley is just killing me.

I didn't drop him but Golden was on my bench this week. I'm sure that he'll be fine until I decide to put him back into my lineup. Then we'll starting getting the 3/25 0 TD games again!

I need Fozzy to break out in a huge way and get me 22 points or more. Excuse me, going over here to cry now.

For me it has to be Michael Thomas. He was one of my very last picks. I didn't know who he was, but I figured he was worth a try with Brees. He's become a regular in my lineup and has been great!

My backup (Russell Wilson) is on bye week. So I have to play Ryan or pick someone up. I don't really want to drop anyone on my team right now, so I'll probably play Ryan with lowered expectations. It all comes down to whether or not I want to keep Russell Wilson as he will probably be snatched up if I drop him. Winston and Hoyer are the two best options on the WW in my league.

SOme of the old-timers like Luckman and Red Grange deserve honorable mentions as well.

Whatever you do, don't put players into his lineup for him. It will be unfair to those that are against the team later.

I put in a bid for Smallwood with the hope that other people in my league aren't looking ahead through his bye week. I need somebody who starts. When Gurley and Ingram have their bye weeks, I'm going to have a bad time.

I'm down by 4 with Ryan, Michael Thomas, and Ingram going tonight. My opponent has Julio and Fleener. I have to think I'm favored, but I could easily see a huge night from Julio outscoring my guys.

I have some OK WR depth, so I feel like this won't kill me, but there is also no point in keeping him on my roster. Some guys available in my league who had good week 1's include the following: Enunwa Agholor Royal Davante Adams Victor Cruz Cole Beasley Seth Roberts Terrell Pryor Guys who were projected to have decent week 1's, but didn't include: Eli Rogers Kenny Britt And there are also the Keenan Allen backups: Tyrell Williams Travis Benjamin I'm thinking I will go for Adams, but I'm not sure how much I want to bid for him. Beasley had 12 targets (!), and he will probably be easier to get in an FAAB auction. I wouldn't play any of them before Tate or Hilton, but without Allen my flex becomes Arian Foster.

I got him for $12 of my $100 total. No idea what others bid for him.

I just had to pick him up due to Ertz's injury. Here's hoping he bucks the trend!

Had the 2nd lowest point total for the week in my league with a 90 point deficit from the top scoring team. Fortunately I was up against the team that had the lowest point total in the league Need a much better showing from my "studs". And how about I don't lose anymore of them to season ending injuries!

As much as this sucks, it doesn't hold a candle to my having Adrian Peterson shut down the one year I drafted him for beating his kid.

Kirk Cousins and Desean Jackson to NOT outscore Gurley by 31 or more. Should have it in the bag, but anything is possible. I remember a year long ago where my opponent had Favre and Freeman who connected for 3 TDs against me. That sucked.

Obviously not, but we still have to field a team and try to win.

I just put a small bid in for him and will drop Cunningham, my Gurley handcuff. I only bid $2, so if I don't get him I won't be too upset.

You must have done well drafting James Jett in the first round all those years!
