You are all on board with diversity. Diversity, in it's current manifestation, puts color & race above ability & qualifications. THAT IS RACIST. If you had a workplace heavily populated with one particular race......needed more employees.......had a pool of applicants.....from a range of races......ALL EQUALLY QUALIFIED....and decide to DIVERSIFY your workforce by hiring more of a particular race to balance the numbers.....you have an argument. If you try to balance your workforce by hiring LESS QUALIFIED APPLICANTS SOLEY BASED ON COLOR....that's RACIST. And the kicker.......If you needed life saving surgery.....you wouldn't settle for a lesser qualified surgeon based on numbers.....you would want the most qualified person available. If you disagree......you're a lier.....and a racist.
