I assume they have an HR Dept. These incidents should all be logged, and a report should be made to HR. Then his manager should say his performance is subpar and he's being put on a performance plan. If it continues, fire him.

If you have to validate an employee's wife getting into a car accident, it's probably time to let them go anyway for performance reasons.

Yes, if Hamas attacked us, I would strike back, and I think Israel has to do the same. The issue here is US involvement. Do we need to give more money to Israel? No, they can take care of themselves. Do we need to send troops over there? No, they have plenty. Do we need to send warships? No, not needed. Should we start bombing Iran and escalate tensions and possibly get us into another war? Absolutely not, we don't need more war.

There are more muslims in the world than there ever were Nazis. We destroyed Afghanistan and Iraq, we still have Muslim terrorists. Should be carpet bomb Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Kuwait, UAE, Dearborn MI?
