I share your aspiration to live in a better world where there is more personal responsibility and a family unit, however I disagree with your assertion that we have a culture of free sex. In states where schools are still allowed to teach sex ed, pregnancy prevention is huge. In states that still have planned parenthood, pregnancy prevention is the culture.
