The Steele dossier had nothing to do with the russian interference. Read the Mueller report, read anything, stop watching Fox News. -

This is wrong. It is documented fact that the Russians influenced the 2016 election in favor of Trump. Please educate yourself on this. -

Many things wrong here. This case is not inhibiting Trumps ability to campaign. He has ample time to campaign he just hasn't. Example, 2 weekends ago he spent the weekend in Mar a lago hosting a dinner for people who bought his NFT. Last weekend he was in NJ, a blue state, for a rally. As far as timing, this case would have been brought much earlier if Trump didn't delay it, and if it was really to hurt him politically, then it would have been starting in October. -

I know right, just like those on the right that chastised Hillary for her behavior but now support Trump for his. Shocking. -

Anyone getting Peacock for the Chiefs game?
GutterBoy replied to supermike80's topic in The Geek Club
I like Peacock, watched some good shows. Traitors, Deal or No Deal Island, Chucky, Below Deck, King of Queens, Everybody Loves Raymond. Watching a show now about apples falling from trees that is good. -

And Trump didn't try and cheat to win in 2020? Or 2016 for that matter oh which is on trial for now? -

So creating a slate of fake electors and pressuring your VP to accept the fake votes, and then organizing a mob to halt the process isn't election manipulation. But holding the person accountable for these crimes is? -

Trump talk only- no Eagles talk allowed (Steelers talk is OK though)

Fock around and find out -
We did discuss this before marriage and we both agreed that it made the most sense to have her stay home. Whats the matter with you?
 -
What should I have done? Told her she has to work? I make enough money to support both of us and we both felt it was best to have her raise the kids instead of some strangers in day care. That's being a cuck?

Earlier Wednesday, Biden campaign chair Jen O’Malley Dillon cited several reasons in a letter to the Commission on Presidential Debates for pulling out of its planned debates: that the scheduled debates would take place too late in the process (“after tens of millions of Americans will have already voted”), that its model is antiquated and geared towards “huge spectacles” rather than “good debates;” and that the commission was “unable or unwilling to enforce the rules” during the 2020 debates, when Trump famously talked over Biden and the moderator. “We are advising you now of this decision, months in advance of the dates you announced you are planning for, to enable you to avoid incurring further production, and other expenses on the assumption that the Democratic nominee, President Biden, will participate. For the reasons stated above, he will not,” O’Malley Dillon writes. -
He also lied and said that congress passed a bill that states that if you say jews killed Jesus you could go to jail. Absolutely false. This dude is a clown.

Back to Butker, he attacks Biden for being Catholic and pro choice, saying that's impossible. 56% of catholics are pro choice https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2022/05/23/like-americans-overall-catholics-vary-in-their-abortion-views-with-regular-mass-attenders-most-opposed/

I would venture to say that a woman who leaves the home to be a waitress is either doing so because she has no choice and needs the money, or she really really hates being home and just wants to be out of the house.
 -
There are also many happy homemakers and also miserable homemakers. That's part of life. I don't think Butker should be silenced, just ridiculed, for espousing such nonsense. I enjoy exposing people's stupidity and laughing at them.

They're out there. I've talked to many of the moms in my town that felt that way and went back to work, also talked to many moms that were grateful to be able to stay home. There is no right or wrong, we're all different, and men should not be telling women that they should stay home to be happy.
 -
So we agree that we shouldn't tell women that their only path to happiness is caring for a husband, correct?
 -
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but this study is basically saying that men and women choose different things likely due to genetics, right? Doesn't mean that women don't make choices or men should make choices for them.
 -
That's the guy that reported me and got me banned for 6 months too.
 -
Agreed. I have 2 daughters. One is almost done with college and has her sights set on a career and doesn't have any interest in having kids of her own right now. My other daughter just started college and is interested in a career as well, but her career will be more flexible towards having a family, and she talks about her interest in having kids of her own someday. I support them both equally and would be pissed at anyone telling them that they need to find husbands and take care of them.

What is this Nordic Model? If we let women choose their life path, then they will not choose? Therefore men have to choose for them?
