Vick. Around Week 5, if someone told me this would be a question in Week 14 (and it's a good one) I would have laughed.

Go with Smith. I just see the Chicago D adjusting to Tebow's running style. If they force him to throw it will be a long afternoon for him. Good luck. BTW - Do you know if ADP is starting today? I've heard he feels he is at 80% but I haven't seen anything official yet. Thanks.

You. Da. Man. Thanks!

Everything you guys are saying has been going through my head. I don't see them resting Brady, especially since they are tied with the Jets for the division lead. Without him the Pats are the Panthers. Anyways, anybody have an update since this morning?
-
I like Braylon Edwards at home to the Bengals. They got torched by the Bills in just one half last weekend and it looks like they've given up. Rice is interesting though; honestly I checked out this thread in case somebody was liking him since I would love to start him this year! Good luck.

I would keep Bradshaw and Crabtree as well. I'm not big on Harrison; his big games last year were against bad teams. Plus, Cleveland hasn't had a great running game in a long time.

I am in a 12-team keeper league where we keep two players. I am keeping Peyton Manning and Chris Johnson . My problem begins in Round 3. I can go RB and lose on WRs, or WR with a weak RB2. Here's how I mock it out: Option A: Peyton Manning Chris Johnson LeSean McCoy Hakim Nicks Donnie Avery Option B: Peyton Manning Chris Johnson Percy Harvin Dallas Clark or Antonio Gates Ladanian Tomlinson What do you think?
-
No, not really. A lot of guys are keeping WRs or drafting them before me. I am keeping my 1st and 2nd round picks so I lose those picks this year. One guy will have five players when I still have two because his keepers are in later rounds. It's not a PPR league, so I am just looking for the best value available. Problem is if I go WR I am weak at RB2. I'm trying to figure out which way to go in Round 3. I'm still not sure about McCoy...I really like him, but I will really be bad at WR. Like usual!
-
I understand that, but I think it's really hard to predict kickers from season to season. You may be better off to just pick up the best one available and keep someone else.
-
I agree with you guys, Maclin. He may share the ball a lot with DeSean Jackson and Celek, but probably not as much as Britt will have to fight with Chris Johnson for the ball in TEN. Thanks for answering mine. Hope I am able to help.

I like the Dallas Clark idea, but you could save some money with Harvin and bid on MJD. Pretty sure media hog Favre will come back, making Harvin a good deal...for this year. Good luck! Please answer mine if you get a chance. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=367204

I'd go with Coffee, looks like he will spell Gore who has had one 16 game season in his career. Davis has had one good game this preseason against Detroit, it may be a little too early to see what he is capable of.

This is my 11th Fantasy Football season, but my first one with a keeper. We've always been a redraft league with random order for draft picks (14 rounds). I am the commissioner. We'd like to keep two players each, and my question is what kind of cost do other keeper leagues charge for keeping players? That is, if an owner keeps his 1st round and 3rd round picks from last year, do they make him lose his 1st and 3rd round picks for this year? Also, what do you do if an owner decides to keep a player he picked up off the waiver wire (Matt Cassel is a good example). Thanks for any input, I'll try to answer as many as I can but I am at work....
-
Thanks, some good suggestions! Yes, I should have mentioned that we would have a two-year cap on players, and you can keep UP TO two players. You don't need to if you don't want to. Some owners really want to only keep players that were drafted, while others would like to keep waiver picks but lose a 6th round pick. If that owner is also keeping his 6th round pick from the draft, he'd lose his 6th and 7th round picks.
-
LJ and Ocho Cinco. Until Matt Ryan gets comfortable throwing from his back, wait on starting White.
-
This is the reason I avoided drafting him. We all know he'll get the ball all day, but so do all the defences!
-
I'm leaning this way too.
-
I'd go with Jackson against that Rams pass defence (21st last year) and um.....Baltimore? Really a coin toss there.
-
I wouldn't. It's just too early to see what Rice may do with McGahee playing hurt this year. I'd keep him before Felix Jones, I just don't see him getting the carries that J. Jones shared last year with MBIII. Plus, I am not a big fan of Hardy. Could you drop him instead? I like Walter more than Hardy. Good luck!
-
Haha! My thoughts exactly! Guys just love to make decisions for other owners. Nobody can predict the future, but if you think somebody is taking advantage of a dumb owner, then get in line with your own 'ridiculous' offer.
-
I also say Tom Jones, but that's 'Not Unusual'.
-
I'd go with the Spliffinator here. A rookie RB in his first NFL regular season game won't do much against that defence.
-
LJ, sorry I can't add much to what has already been said.
-
Vjax or Hines Ward have to drop one for a kicker.

I agree on this one. Jackson doesn't do anything for me. -
I'm leaning the other way. I think Grant will get the ball a lot more with Rodgers at the helm, but Pennington is going to want to throw against his former team. I know the Jets D is not in the same class as the Vikings, but Grant won't be sharing as much as Ricky. And we all know Ricky likes to 'pass things around'...
