If Barber is on the waiver wire, pick him up now. There has to be some dead weight bum on your roster worth cutting for Barber's potential. I already picked him up and actually started him for my bye week fillin...i might start him again......Parcell didn't praise him, but parcell never really praises anyone......no negative reaction from parcell is a sign of confidence in the young man.
