  3. I have opened up three YAHOO fantasy football leagues for the 2010 season. Openings are in the $110 12-team PPR draft (12 teams) and $110 auction for 12-teams ($200 salary cap) Each league will require 10 starting lineup positions (1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 2 FLEX (RB/WR/TE), 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEFENSE) 10 bench positions---Free agent acquisition bidding (FAAB) will be used along with free agent pick up periods after the FAAB. $500 will go to the league champion of each league along with prizes for top two regular season records, most total points and the top four teams in the tournament. If your team has the most total points out of the 36 teams in both drafts and auction combined after Week 13, you will win free YAHOO fantasy football for all three leagues for 2011. These are redraft non-keeper leagues. To sign up or get more information, post here or email brian.harwood@insightbb.com today!

  5. I am starting up a draftmasters "best ball" style contest on RTSPorts with a unique twist. Read below: Guest URL: http://www.rtsports.com/fantasy-football-league/70151 It is a $50 per league football draft with "best ball" rules.--There will be four drafts. The Best Ball tournament challenge is a "Draft Masters" format with a 26 round serpentine draft, except for 3rd Round reversal and a 12-week regular season. Optimized scoring lineups are automatically started each week so no lineup submissions are required. Each team will receive the optimum point total for the week, which means that fantasy points of the top-scoring 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1 D/ST, 1 K and 2 FLEX (RB/WR/TE) will be awarded. What makes this league unique is that the "twist" is each week, owners are required to drop or terminate a player from their roster, reducing their overall roster by one player each week. No free agent pickups or trades are allowed at any time. During the first weekly drop, before NFL Week 1, each team will drop 1 player and their roster will be reduced from 26 to 25 players. In week two, it will go from 25 down to 24 players. In week 3, it will go from 24 down to 23, etc. Prior to NFL week 15, each team will make their final weekly drop and their roster will be down to 10 players entering week 16. There will be a minimum of 4 leagues, 12 teams per league, with option to expnd without limitation. Cost is $50 per team, you can have one team per league, so if we do 4 leagues you can play for a total of $200.
  6. I have started a RTSports "One and Done" fantasy football contest, where you pick any 10 players each week to score points for your lineup, but you can only use them one time. Think of it as a "Survival" contest with players... For $85 per team, you can pick any NFL Player to score points but you can only pick them for one game. This is not a draft. So if you pick Kurt Warner in Week 1 you can not select him again for the balance of the season. More than one team can have the same player in a single week. Starting Lineup each week: 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF, 2 FLEX (RB/WR/TE)---All players will start each week (no bench) In the "One-And-Done" league style, all NFL players are available to all teams, however each team can start a player only ONCE per season. This is not a draft. Rosters do not carry over from week to week. Team owners must establish a new roster each week of the season. Prize Payouts: $50 to most points each week of the contest ($850 for all 17 weeks), top five overall teams win prizes at the end of the season--50% of pool goes to 1st place, 20% goes to 2nd place, 15% goes to 3rd place, 10% goes to 4th place, 5% goes to 5th place. Fantasysportsvault.com will be the payment for buy-in and prize payouts. If you wish to check out the website---Here is the GUEST URL: http://www.rtsports.com/fantasy-football-league/70113 If you want to join the league this season---let me know by posting here or emailing brian.harwood@insightbb.com and we can log you in today!
  7. I have scheduled a fantasy football in-person live draft on Saturday, August 21 in Bowling Green, KY at the Hilton Garden Inn off Scottsville Road (just south of Louisville and north of Nashville). There will be 4 drafts scheduled of 12 teams each (similar to World Championship of Fantasy Football but on a smaller scale)---$2000 will go to the overall champion plus other prizes! This is a good way to kick off your fantasy football season---This could be another high-stakes league you are looking for. The website for all information is on http://www.sbffc.com (check it out today) RTSports.com will be the stat service for the leagues. We will have draft facilitators, cash bar, and everything else to make the leagues resemble the WCOFF. Owners wishing to stay at the Hilton Friday or Saturday night can stay for a room discount. Cost of the league is $175 or if you have a co-owner, the cost is $200. Fantasysportsvault.com will take care of prize payouts. If interested, let me know by emailing me at brian.harwood@insightbb.com today and we can get you signed up today!
