Windycity is MIA, and while I sincerely hope he is alright, I am replacing him with Thin Spirit.
I have tried contacting windy a few times with no response. There will be no vote, this is my decision. This league needs a kick in the ass, so i'm not waiting around for absentee owners.
Should windy come back with a valid reason for his absence, he can be put at the top of the wait list and take over the next team who's owner is kicked out for lack of effort.
So on behalf of the whole league, Welcome Thin Spirit!
