    would you do this trade?

and another no.. i'm a fresno state homer, so i side on Matthews.. great RB, but fantasy wise, keep watcha already have.. roddy, great, just picked up Torain so we'll see how he does.. Matthews, injury wise, just no telling right now and Roddy is above Marshall IMO right now..

    Pick 2 RBs

AP and Foster .. I know SJ's matchup looks good against detroit but I run AP every week and Foster's got very good legs right now.. SJ, you just don't know right now even though he's a great RB.. that's just my opinion..

    Drop O. Daniels for Moeaki?

I agree.. i drafted Owen just in case but ended up dropping him to make space for a bye week replacement WR.. He's getting more involved each week but only by a small margin.. Not enough to take up my roster space.. He's an "iffy" right now with AJ's injuries.. I don't see him exploding anytime soon meaning he won't get picked up off the WW soon if you change your mind, but hopefully, since i dropped him, he doesn't all of a sudden pull out of nowhere.. but if you need a new TE then I'd go with Moeaki and keep your eye on Owen throughout..

    Cooley Trade Advice

Honestly there's no telling right now.. Cooley is a good TE.. The Pats have two good TEs although Hernandez is a popular choice right now, minus the endzone looks.. Problem right now is we don't know what's going to happen once Big Ben hits the field.. I see CJ looking good, Jennings is a good receiver but also has quality receivers around him and Percy, well, we'll see what happens with him.. I've got Wallace on the bench along with Ben just to see how they do.. All in all this is a pure chance trade.. We don't have any idea on what kind of offense the Steelers are going to run, pass happy like last year or a more balanced attack.. If you're WW still has good TE on it then I might make the offer just because i like to take chances.. If your WW is thin on TE then keep hold of Cooley as he's the #1 and we're only guessing that Hernandez will keep on pace for good ppr stats..

How to encourage others to trade?

I don't know what players each of you have or what type of scoring system you run.. we run a ppr league where Peyton's avg is about 59 pts per game and CJ's is about 22 per game.. There's a lot of different variables here that I don't know, so I can't say for you, but in my specific league that would be a great trade on your part as, even though the WW doesn't contain great RBs, there are a lot more playable RBs than at QB. Plus I think Kolb will continue to let his presence be known there.. and as soon as Vick starts to slow, Kolb will get another chance.. just my opinion on Vick.. Unfortunately we're like you, there's only a trade or two the whole year.. Most of them offered on my part. The latest being someone offering AJ (before injury), CJ spiller and Hasselback for Peyton.. Didn't do it.

    Shady or just strategy

all strategy.. I will offer certain trades and put certain time restraints on them depending on whether I play them or not and if he can use those players against me.. It's helped me to win many years.. It wouldn't matter who the trade was offered by, the trade and time has been set.. If you're not in collusion of any sort and within the rules all bets are off.. It's almost as if your next opponents RB got hurt the week before, you're WW pick is before his and you pick up the backup RB so he doesn't have one.. Are you screwing him? yes.. is it part of fantasy football? heck yes!! You're not screwing him, you're playing smart FF.

    Brandon Lloyd

Right now I'm not trusting any Denver receiver.. They all have talent, but you have Thomas, LLoyd, Gaffney and Royal. Each one has broken out within the 3 weeks on a good offense, this last one being Gaffney and LLoyd.. It's like the Saints right now, you never know which week which receiver will do what. But all in all good receivers that have talent across the board.. Just what week do you play them? You can roll the dice or leave them on the ww and let everyone else deal with those headaches.. You specifically asked about LLoyd, but IMO there's no way of telling as there's no way of saying which week Colston will have his.. I've started each of those receivers all on the wrong weeks.. Still in first place, but what does that mean right now? JMO for a first post on this board.
