All fair points. To be honest, I have not watched one minute of this trial. Have any of you? I've heard recaps on the radio and I've seen some mockery of it on Gutfeld. You guys seem to have been glued to the trial and know exactly who said what and when. Mebbe get a life.

I'm not sure if you're aware but the burden of proof is on the prosecution. They failed to prove their case. No reasonable prosecutor would've brought a case against Trump for this.

This case should have never seen the inside of a court room. The prosecution made Marcia Clark and Chris Darden look like seasoned pros.

Let's spell it out for the short bus. Trump reimbursed Cohen AFTER the election. So any action Trump may have taken can not be construed as trying to influence the election. Because it took place AFTER the election. Do you idiots read?

Because I own and have used hammers. They all pretty much have a 10" - 12" handle. Even my little ball peen hammer has a 10" handle. I didn't see any handle. Did you? So, at best, he had the head of a hammer in one hand or the other. Which can absolutely be deadly if you get repeatedly punched in the head with it. But not nearly as deadly as if it still had the handle attached, which it didn't. The cop could've just shot him in the leg. He didn't have to kill the guy for holding a hammer head.

I put Unarmed in quotes for a reason. Therefore the thread title is not incorrect. Dude clearly had something in his hands. It wasn't a gun, it wasn't a hammer, but he was absolutely holding something. If dude was black, do you think whatever he was holding would be described as a "weapon?"
