Maybe we shouldn't have been living beyond our means, maxing out credit cards and taking payroll advances for decades. Time to pay the piper. Rip the bandaid off.

Buy different. They can get the same products, just maybe not the same brands they're used to. I'm not saying its ideal, and most of us will feel the pinch. I do. When wages aren't lowered by hiring illegals for slave wages, like some here do, American's wages increase. Thereby absorbing the higher cost of goods and services. In the long run, it's a wash and America will be much better off as a result.

Food prices should never have been lowered through the hiring of illegals in the first place. I'm happy to pay more for things in order to ensure more Americans have jobs. All patriotic Americans should be.

I'm surprised they lasted this long without being drafted.
