Discrimination based on race is racism, is it not? If I don't hire a guy because he's fat and I think fat people are lazy, that is discrimination but it isn't racism. If I don't hire a woman because I don't think women should be in the workplace, that is discrimination but it isn't racism. If I don't hire a guy because he's black and I don't want black employees, that is both discrimination and racism.

In a workplace setting, preferential or discriminatory treatment, based on race, is racism and has been declared illegal (unless it's detrimental to whites). One can not be racist against gheys or trannies. That's ridiculous.

How many definitions of racist do you need? Preferential or discriminatory treatment, based on skin color, is racist. If you need any other definition than that, you're trying to disguise your own racism.
