  1. That's the plan. But the timing has to be right. If we can't bounce before the next RE crash, we'll probably have to suffer here a little longer.
  2. NorCal. Born and raised. In the past I've stayed because my family was all here. Over the years those ties have loosened. At this point I'm pocketing as much change as I can while I look for someplace else to relocate. It will be my final destination so I don't want to rush it.

Eh, great effort to get out of the end zone but CeeDee made that play.
  5. High pay and high real estate values is the only reason I'm still here. And I'll take advantage of both until I find the right spot in which to relocate. I'm looking, diligently.

  7. I don't remember which geek it was that suggested a two country penalty but I'm all in on that. We deport them two countries south of where they came from. Let them walk through two countries of people they've historically sh!t on just to get back home.

    This economy is so bad

I think we're going to see more and more teachers pushing back on the woke buIIshit. The pendulum always swings back the other way. And it swings back farther in the other direction. The problem is when it swings back the other way again.
  9. Tim doesn't appreciate the concept of a sovereign nation and the border security that is required to ensure that sovereignty. He'd rather hire illegals to save a few bucks.
  10. Itsatip, you aren't most Americans.

Selfish or scared? I can understand those without tenure trying to walk a line to keep from getting fired. But that doesn't mean they have to toe the line.

    Eggs Going Back Up ?

Wife just got back from the grocery store. She said there was a sign saying that due to a shortage, eggs were restricted to one carton per customer.

I understand their reasoning was different but the principle was the same. If the government you have is making your life worse, instead of better, you have the right to form a new government either by altering the current one, via voting, or abolishing it if voting won't solve the problem. The South chose the latter and fought for their right to throw off the government they felt was not providing guards for their future security.

    Bye Bye Nikki

All I'm saying is, if we expected the British to honor the principles stipulated in the Declaration of Independence, the U.S government is obligated to do the same. I mean, we declared those truths to be self evident. We can't declare them to be buIIshit now.

    Bye Bye Nikki

Every state that wished to be a part of the United States. According to our Declaration of Independence, should a state choose to no longer be a part of the United States, that state has the right and obligation to do what it's citizens see fit for their future security. The South chose to stay? We're they supposed to saw off the bottom half of the country? They decided the government they were being ruled by no longer had their best interests at heart and decided to alter or abolish it. They weren't allowed to.
