Couple that with a crackdown on businesses that employ illegals and withholding federal funds from sanctuary cities/states and I believe the number of illegals in country will be drastically reduced in the coming years. And America will be better off for it.

As has been pointed out by you and me, we need to lower energy costs first. That will result in the lowering of all associated costs. Unfortunately, prices never come down as quickly as they rise and rarely, if ever, drop to where they were before they rose. Thanks to Joe Biden's incompetence, eggs will always be more expensive than they were when he took office. But they will be cheaper next year than they are today. Book it.
