What criteria are they judging my success on in 30, 60 or 90 days. What are my prospects for advancement within the company... I want to know what my long term possibilities with the company are before I agree to take myself off the market for the next few years. And I'm not making a smidgen of the money he stands to make.

I don't know. When I interview for a job, I'm interviewing the interviewers as much as they're interviewing me. How else do you determine if the job is a good fit for you?
