To be fair, I don't think he meant to shoot her. I think he had terrible trigger discipline and negligently discharged his firearm in a moment of panick. Given his horrendous track record with firearm safety, he shouldn't have had a firearm to begin with. He should've been relegated to an unarmed greeter position if they didn't want to shitcan him like they should've. The powers that be knew that and claimed the shooting was justified to save themselves from a lawsuit that they absolutely would've lost in any court of law outside of D.C.
