Spot on. I always liked the idea of only property owners being allowed to vote. However, I will accept only people who don't still live at home being allowed to vote. If you're 18 and out living on your own, supporting yourself, you can vote. If you're 25 and still living at home with Mom & Dad, you are not allowed to vote.
