We always did our drafts in person on Labor Day weekend. It was always a good time. We got spread out over the years so guys would fly in from out of state or drive from out of town and all meet up at my house. I'd have a keg (or two) in the kegerator, my wife and I would cook/grill all weekend. It was the one time every year we would all get together in the same room.
