But yeah, the prosecution should've reiterated the trespassing charge when the judge suggested that the only reason for the stop was because the cops are racist. I can't argue with you there.

I don't think the judge was correct. His "walking while black" horseshit was inaccurate. They were trespassing while black and illegally armed. And if the mother did, in fact, by the gun for her son, that's a straw purchase, which is a federal felony. She should be prosecuted for that as well.

Based on the kid's actions (repeatedly reaching for his waistband), the cops had a reasonable suspicion that he was armed so they initiated a "Terry frisk", according to the video. They had a legal right, under the law, to conduct a pat-down on the guy. He then attempted to flee, during which time the gun fell out of his waistband. If he was legally in possession of the firearm there would be no reason to run. He knew the jig was up so he tried to get away.

If the search were illegal, which I don't believe it was, then the doosh behind the bench should have said so. He didn't have that option so he went the woke route instead.

I'm a staunch supporter of the 2A. I agree with you that the 2A is my carry permit. I can't very well bring it to bear if I can't keep it with me. However, if we are going to have laws, judges should uphold them and not subjectively prosecute them based on their own agenda. If we aren't going to hold people accountable for breaking the laws we already have, people need to stfu about adding more restrictions on our constitutional rights.

I have a Weber gas grill. We used to use that thing at least a couple of times a week. Since I got the Blackstone, I really only use the Weber for beer butt chicken and Thanksgiving turkey. Things I need a large lid to cover. Steaks on the Blackstone come out great! The only thing missing is the grill marks but the sear is excellent. And you can push them up against the side wall to sear the edges. I haven't cooked a steak on my gas grill in a couple of years. They're great for big breakfasts. You can throw a lb of bacon on all at once. You can make all the pancakes at the same time. You can't beat them for breakfast. Try doing smash burgers on a grill. There are a ton of Blackstone videos on YouTube. Check some out and tell me you don't want to try most of them out.

He's a racist pos. The cops were well within the law to stop this guy for trespassing and charge him with resisting arrest/ fleeing and eluding and possession of an illegal firearm, with multiple loaded mags in his possession. Get the 36" with the lid. Season it correctly prior to use and clean and oil it after every use. I've had mine outdoors for a few years now. There's some rust issues on the frame but it'll clean up with a wire brush and a little Rust-Oleum. They're awesome for breakfast, smash burgers, smash tacos, steaks... You name it. I recommend the 36" because you can keep the far right (or left) burner off and move faster cooking things over to that side to keep them warm. But I suppose you can do that with the smaller one too.

Agreed. Leaving it up to the teams has definitely had an impact. Those who chose to stay on wets are paying the price. They'll have to pit early to try to gain position. Agreed as well. Watching a free race from the comfort of your own home would be awesome!
