When you box your mind in by having hard beliefs on what is or isn't possible, it physically wires your brain that way. If something happens so far outside of what you think is possible, it creates a conflict with your wiring. Literally. That plays a huge part in whether someone will have a mental break when reality seems to shift. Your ego will also play a part in protecting itself from being change. A change in beliefs is death to the ego if you haven't trained yourself to be more accepting of possibilities.

Trump wrote a book called Art of the Deal. He is the master at making deals. Sometimes you have to make deals with people who have committed crimes. This happens all the time though. Prosecutors make deals with certain people to fry a bigger fish. Acting like Trump making deals with someone who committed a crime is one of the symptoms of tds.

No. Has Trump done some shady things in the past? Yes. I won't even sugar coat it. Do I think he is older, wiser, and a different person now? Yes. He cares about the country and is doing his best with all the machinations of the global political machine to weave a tapestry of America's return to greatness.
