Why is there a health crisis that liberals glossy over? Why do they never acknowledge that liberal politicians never do anything to improve health in a meaningful way? Ultimately it's everyone's responsibility to keep themselves and their kids healthy, but it would seem to me the liberal government has purposely pushed policy to make Americans grossly unhealthy. It’s just common sense. -More than 40% of American children have at least one chronic health condition. - Since the 1970s, rates of childhood cancer have soared by nearly 50%. - In the 1960s, less than 5% of children were obese. Not one of the people worth their salt in this thread has ever directed people toward a scam. Most things that aren't bitcoin have a vulnerability, and there's always the human element (bitcoin removed as much of this as possible). Buy bitcoin. My personal recommendation, buy Paw. That sounds like too many arm days. I love HIIT. High intensity to train endurance. Ultimately there is no replacement for reps when you are doing something specific, but I find the studies linking wear on the body to number of reps compelling.
