I think this is a waste of time. I agree that students shouldn't be allowed to express this stuff in school, but we need to quit relying on the government to legislate everything for us. DEI is treating a symptom with a system that harms the people more than helps them. Treating symptoms over root cause, bad. The treatment doing more harm than good, even more bad. This is the mentality surrounding almost every system we have in the US.

There are zero merits to teaching people they need special assistance because they aren't good enough without. DEI attempts to rectify a symptom, not a root cause. Which is where most of our issies stem from.

Liberals generally have no idea how effective a victim mindset is for killing the potential of someone. By teaching blacks they need extra assistance, they stunt their growth. Most successful black people see this trap and they point it out. Who do liberals tend to listen to? The successful black people talking about how they transcended their origins? Or the poor black person who can't get out of his own way.

Upset that so many think blacks are victims and need their hands held to function in society. A victim mindset is one of the most debilitating things one can experience.

I'm not calling for war. I'm for settling this without going to war if possible. My point was the far left cannot be reasoned with. It doesn't mean war is the only way to deal with them, but we need enough people on the side of common sense so it doesn't come to that.
