Possibly. I hope not though because my buddy has large sum of money in the coin.

Seeking = working

SEC is not going to challenge the judges ruling that their rejection of Grayscale bitcoin etf didn't have a good enough reason. Blackrock is convinced they will have an etf approved within the coming months. Hot crypto tip: I don't buy anything but bitcoin. All of it will go to 0 eventually, besides bitcoin of course. However, a buddy of mine is seeking closely with the team building PawSwap. Their goal is to build a dex (lol none of them are actually dex's) that can access every coin on chain. This will remove the need for eth and weth when swapping shartcoins. They also want to build the fiat on and off ramps into the dex. My buddy is convinced they are going to succeed. His bets usually come out on top. At $10M market cap, this thing could see a 10,000x pump during alt season. That may be a little optimistic, but it's not impossible. This is one of those coins that could take a $100 bet to $1M. Just saying.

Have you read this book? If the answer is no, you really should. It's relatively short. It should be a required read for this board. Probably a required read that any parent gives to their children once they are old enough.

I eat pretty healthy. I eat a lot of organic foods. I bought 1/4 cow that was grass fed/finished 100% organic. I feel great when eating them I do not eat nuts, seeds, or legumes (especially peanut butter and humus/chick peas). Seeds and legumes are some of the worst natural foods. They do have nutrients, but they are high in phytic acid which binds to nutrients. That means we don't absorb the good stuff. Anything with excess phytic acid will bind to the nutrients in our bodies and actually steal them away. There are other things to worry about like lectins also. The only benefit for phytic acid is that it binds to excess iron, which is toxic. I feel like crap if I eat out at all. I try to eat home cooked meals every day.

Is to do 1 set per exercise. 2 exercises per muscle group. Legs I do 4. Squat, leg press, calves, hamstring curl. My strength had gone up significantly since I started doing 1 set with 6-10 reps. The important part is hitting the failure point. I take an organic collagen to keep ligaments and tendons in good shape. I uses to be sore after lifting. I was doing too many reps. My strength for how much I weigh is pretty high, and that's at 39 years old. I know most of you are older, but we age faster when we don't push ourselves.

I lifted by doing 3 sets my whole life until this year. This is the strongest I have ever been and I have had fast gains. You should read Smarter Not Harder by Dave Asprey. It's not about tearing your muscles to get stronger. It's about convincing your mind that you need to get stronger because there may be a threat. There's a ton of science behind it.

According to your research and experience, what is the single healthiest food we have?

What is the single healthiest food?

That's the best combo there is. -

Actually eggs are number 2. Grass fed organic beef is #1. There isn't anything you can eat that will make you feel better than a good steak. -

Yes yes. Besides that -
Electric car mandates are a step in that direction.

Come on. That will never happen. They would never try to infringe on our right to free speech. Lock us in our houses. Or force us to wear a mask. Just pure dilusion
-
Nope. I wouldn't lockdown for climate. Not sure why asking the question would lead someone to assume I'm a liberal.
-
Were you pro covid lockdown? Would you be pro climate lockdown?

I don't like the guy and I am not buying that he cares at all about us common folk, but he knows what's coming. He now has a vested interest in bitcoin going to the moon. When esg folk and anti esg folk agree on something, you should pay attention. Plus they need a replacement for their esg fund. Last time I heard it wasn't doing too well

Bitcoin briefly hit a new high for the year Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock (largest asset manager in the world) is telling everyone how important bitcoin is The big legacy players are waking up to a few truths: bitcoin isn't going anywhere. It would be a brutal fight to try and really kill off bitcoin. Since bitcoin isn't going anywhere, they might as well benefit from it because the upside is too great to ignore. They don't want to be left on the sidelines for another cycle Of course the people who think bitcoin is dead are probably right. They typically use anecdotal evidence that they make up on the spot in their head with no basis in reality. So I would definitely not trust Larry Fink or the guys who actually spend time researching these things.

Hey we're back above $31k. Just thought you guys wanted an update on the price I wonder if Blackrock and Fidelity will get their bitcoin etfs?
-
Exactly. The dips don't matter unless someone is a trader. I'm not, so they have no bearing on me whatsoever.

This move upward is driven because people are waking up to the realization that the FTX and SEC sagas are institutionally driven. I wouldn't be surprised to see the spot bitcoin etfs get accepted even though GBTC was rejected They realized they missed the early boat, but they didn't want it to stay that way. They were never going to let Coinbase and Binance be the ones to run the industry. Don't be surprised if bitcoin hits a new ath this year. Expect above 100k by the peak of this cycle, most likely it goes above 200k with so many institutions becoming invested in bitcoins success
