I had a reduction in 2022, so now around 34C. They were 32F. Not conducive to ultra-marathons, and very painful shoulders and back.

Well, I think I still have a decent face and hair. I am not growing whiskers or anything. And I run few half marathons a year, along with a full marathon or two. So, maybe a few pounds overweight, but not enough to stop me from getting out there. Old? Questionable, depends on what you define as old? Over 40? Over 50? I am most definitely short at 5'2", though.

I agree. TRF and I chat occasionally via social media. Always has seemed like a good guy. Had the opportunity to meet him when I was in Texor a couple of years ago, but couldn't fit it into our schedule. Rusty and I used to be FB friends a long time ago. Then he made some pretty insulting remarks about my being crazy or something like that, I can't recall. But I've had an incredibly rough 5 years, and it just wasn't the time nor the place to have someone do that. So, unfriended him and that was it. In years past though, he did seem like a fairly decent guy, good to joke around with etc. But there are just a few things I cannot look past at this point.

I'm in CA, so I can store it up every year, but I can't cash it out. I never seem to be able to keep more than one week to roll over into the next year, though. I use it all up.

Currently, I am at over 8 weeks of PTO a year. I take off some Fridays and/or Mondays through the year to have several four day weekends. Plus maybe a week in the summer, then two weeks at Christmas/New Year. I guess the longest I've gone would be like 5 or 6 months or something when I hasn't accrued that much time.

It's still going around, and some places are even still asking to test for it. If I have symptoms that are cold-like, but then there's one weird random one, I might test just for knowledge purposes. But it really doesn't change my behaviors, I don't tend to go out or have people over when I am sick anyways.
