I am wondering if Trump (or someone) told Elon he'd be slapped with a libel charge if the didn't say something. Or they had a few beers and Elon was like, "Oh that? I was just kidding."

My favorite videos are the ones where the peaceful protesters went after the law enforcement horses. That's sure to be good for the cause. Let's go after the animals. Also, the white couple that went off on an AA woman with a child in her car, asked the peaceful white people to move so she could go to work. That was another of my favorite videos.

Both in theaters, but new MI and Ballerina were good. MI:8 (or whatever number it is) is really good. I am not a huge fan of Tom Cruise or the MI movies, but this one was good. Action for the full two hours and 49 minutes. The theater was PACKED. Most people I've seen in a theater since COVID. Ballerina/John Wick: Also really good. Tons of action, a few cameos from Mr Wick. Clown in a Cornfield: Usual gore/horror with a clown. Interesting twist, but decent campy kind of horror if you're into that.

Any of you guys see this one? I wasn't expecting it to be horror until I watched the full trailer. I loved it. Acting was VERY well done and the overall story line kept me interested. Loved the ending.

Some reports that Trump is providing receipts/call logs that he DID call Gavin on Friday night. They talked for about 20 minutes. Trump made the call around 1:30AM Eastern. Gavin said he never got a call or voicemail. Interesting.

This is where you lose me. I live in CA which is one party rule and has been for years. You can't tell me that one party rule is okay for liberals, but not for conservatives. I live it from the other side. Talk about a state where political beliefs aren't tolerated. Wear a MAGA hat in SF and tell me how you feel about disrespect, or at this point, just put a Trump sticker on your car and wait for the vandalism. You can't make the statement that Trump wants one party rule and then look at a blue state like CA and tell me it's not true for the other side as well, at least from my perspective. Gavin is an authoritarian dictator; goes against what his people vote (gas tax is just ONE example). Trying to pass laws that TELL people what kind of car or lawn mower they can buy? Talk about First Amendment; Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. You're TELLING people what they have to buy, taking away ALL choice. Meanwhile, your infrastructure is so shiity that it cannot sustain what you want people to do. Good luck charging the electric car in the summer when they literally have power companies TURN OFF YOUR POWER. EVERY SUMMER. And Karen Bass is a known communist who has ties to Cuba and Castro who has shown both thru the LA fires AND the protests that she doesn't give a shiiite. She focking SMILES in the interviews while her cities are burning.

The majority of us agree that it was not Ok. I think this has been said here SEVERAL times. These "protests" always turn into people blocking FREEWAYS in our larger cities; LA, FFS. Go stand in the middle of an LA freeway for "the cause" and then loot and burn . This does NOTHING to show your support of immigration. You're just destroying that OTHER PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR. In 2020, I remember watching LIVE on the news of people in the middle of I-5 in Sacramento. Busiest freeway with HUGE semi trucks just cruising along at their speed; PEOPLE standing in the freeway. You want to be a martyr and go kill yourself because you hate ICE, go for it. But quit destroying other people's businesses, federal buildings, and other things.

Whether it's to get a project done, start something new, physical fitness, eating right, etc. Maybe you need inspiration to get out of bed in the morning...what do you do? Read books from inspirational people, listen to podcasts, talk to other's who've been in your shoes? What inspires you to get shiiite done?
