I do. The city that I live in in Nor Cal had acres of land on the south side of one of our freeways. The city agreed to add more houses there. It's awful. I would have preferred to keep it a huge dry field.

With the exception of him playing Andy Kaufman, I 100% agree. Blake Lively is the same; from Gossip Girl to It Ends With Us, her entire career is the same character. It sucks because one of my favorite movies is "The Age of Adeline" and she's the main character...but it's tough to watch her in it.

How so? You don't agree that if you're going to WANT conservation that it needs to be managed better?

Like the land in So Cal where there are massive fires? Conservation efforts for fish and other kinds of wildlife in the hills contributed in part to those fires. If you're into conservation of land, wildlife, or whatever, then it MUST BE managed better.

She's really not that great of an actress, she's like her husband in that every movie he's in, it's the SAME guy. Watch his movie, "Waiting" and then watch "Deadpool." Same guy.

There were also a few scenes where he wanted to add more physical stuff; kissing, a little more nudity, etc. He was trying to show that the two characters really had a lot of chemistry like they did in the book. Justin Baldoni bought the rights to the book in 2019 and wrote the majority of the screenplay, while Blake wanted Ryan Reynolds to be involved, so he wrote a scene in the movie. So I think there's more going on. The scene Ryan wrote wasn't that great, IMO, and came off as really awkward. Also, he original love interest in the movie, the antagonist to Blake/Justin's characters didn't get enough screen time IMO. I read the book and the movie was just okay in comparison.

This has been a bucket list item of mine. A friend who went like 5 or so years ago said that it's so covered with human shiiite and trash it's disgusting. So, I think I will try and find another hiking type goal. Maybe the Dolomites or something.

If you're not a fan of the franchise, cool. My favorite is Rogue One. I don't know why but I feel more emotionally invested in ALL of the characters, and the end scene always makes me tear up. Is it because we know how hard they fought to get what they needed? OR that we already knew the rest of the story before it happened? Not sure, but Rogue One has my vote.

So, in some cities (like mine and some of the outlying areas) they use goats. We live right by a small field that gets VERY dry in the summer months, houses on ALL sides of it. If this were to catch fire and there were high winds, I could see several neighborhoods being destroyed. Some guy around here owns a shiite tons of goats and two Anatolian shepherds. They set up electrified fences and let the goats go to town. I've seen the also in more rugged terrain where I trail run. I have pics of when they were just down the street from me. It's not completely unheard of to use animals to clear. Also, not saying at all that could have been done in the mountains in So Cal, but it's done. "Clear it, Graze it, or watch it Burn."

It was a good distance away, heading away from us, so it really didn't bother us.
