Was going to say this. A simple google search would show that there are at least four bases that are used for non-US military training and some have been around for decades. This is nothing new, and it's not a foreign-owned base. UK, Germany and a Euro-NATO joint training effort are also using training facilities at a couple of our bases.

What's funny is that counter programming is what brought us today's Super Bowl Half Time Show. In 1992, a special counter programming from "In Living Color" deterred millions of viewers from the game to the ILC half time show; it had a countdown clock to let people know when to go back to the game. In 1993 the Super Bowl Half Time Show was born with Michael Jackson performing. So many people didn't know what was going on that they had to pipe in the sounds of applause and screaming.
