One of my BFFs is a lesbian and I hang out with her and her lesbian friends frequently. they really strongly dislike the trans movement, the "gender queer" types of labels, etc. Because it really does make them feel like they no longer matter in that world. It's all about gay men or trans women. Lesbians are kind of on their own.

Because that's not the 'trend.' I can't imagine anyone pretending to be the opposite sex for sports knowing that they will have to take hormones and other things that make them sterile and grow boobs. Seems like a stretch to "fake" being trans just to win in swimming or some crap and still never make it to the Olympics. The fact also is that trans women competing in the "real" women's field creates an advantage towards the trans-women. If you believe it or not, they are stronger, faster, taller, etc. Having their own category lets them level their own field; if no one enters, then maybe it's not about them leveling their own field and competing against those like them.

Not really. They don't want their own category. They want to be treated like they are "real" women, which includes being able to enter the women's category. They don't want to compete against women because they are b*tches...they don't want to be treated like trans-women...they want to be treated and included with "real" women. That's just it. There isn't anyone faking anything or whatever. Come on.

I'll have to check out the YouTube series. I hope they put out all of them. No. I don't think it will increase, but I don't think it will stop. Just in my opinion, there are too many advancements in DNA, but also technology in general. Just going to the store or whatever, you are caught on camera like 20 times a day or some weird number like that. Criminals are also dumb, IMO. You leave behind DNA or make stupid decisions when you murder or whatever. Whether it's hair, skin, or just blood evidence that you didn't think you left behind or took with you.

Don't forget about barbed wire in the rivers and stuff like that too.

You're right, it's not going to stop someone committing the crime. Sure. I am divided on the "deserves" or not. Reaping consequences of voting? Yes. She should reap what she sows; as should everyone who votes - elections have consequences. Does anyone deserve the violence? No, not really. I don't wish harm on my worst enemies, but I do wish them karma.

Doesn't everyone at some point have NO criminal record? Doesn't really matter if he had one prior to this or not. Point being dems want to defund police, expect them to come when THEY have an issue...BUT also pass laws that will allow guys like this little to no jail time. The policies that Pelosi 'believes' in encourages this kind of behavior - it's the POLICE that are bad...not these guys.

In what way? I am genuinely curious what you think is weird...the rides? The food? Because as adults, that's what we pay the most attention to. I don't need to go wait in line for a picture with Sleeping Beauty or Cinderella, but you can bet I'll go on all the rides. What's weird?

I enjoy Disney as an adult. my daughter (17) and I went earlier this year and had a great time. I don't think it's necessarily for families with younger children. And what does it matter if adults go on their own; my parents used to go all the time when they had those yearly passes or whatever they were.

There are actually several of our wildfires caused by mismanagement of gas and power lines, not being maintained over the years. The CEOs of PG&E got billions of bonuses instead of fixing power lines that were literally SPARKING and setting fires. Been watching The Changling on Apple TV, not bad so far, new episode every Friday. Not sure where it will go with the story arch, but it's not terrible and we both liked it.

I haven't watched this since Hotel, and I don't think we finished that season. However, a few weeks ago, I gave NYC season a try and liked it. I don't plan on watching this season, or any others. But I thought NYC was decent.
