This. I have been in tech for 30 years. Not sales, but production support, etc. (Not desktop support, TYVM. Application and network support, etc). When I had friendships with men in the office it was never about anything past that, it was always how they treated me. I will never forget very very early in my career a man asking me that I HAD to know what a CAT5 was, or how many ports were on a router (this was a good 30 years ago), would randomly quiz me on (I was working on my CCNA). BUT....he would do it in the most rude and condescending way ever. I completely lost ALL respect for him and absolutely HATED working with him on anything. The other guys in the office didn't seem to have any issues with me.

Just had a little shake up at my place of employment, so I am hoping between 59 and 65. I currently have a 401k, but hoping to find a place that offers a pension, get in enough years to get some of that, and then use the 401k. We will see. I assume I will need to do some kind of part time work for a while into older age as well.

This is exactly what I thought of. Dissociative disorders ARE a real mental disorder and have treatments. When people start treating real mental issues like this it totally devalues those who deal with it on a very serious basis. And you're right; many with DID end up much much worse than someone who thinks they're a focking bird. This person went online and googled and pulled something out of the sky to feel "special." People like this ruin it for people with REAL mental health issues.

The issue isn't that it's "one" horrible crime. It's several. And it's not just murder, but robberies, armed robberies, sexual assaults, I mean, the list goes on. It's not like this is the ONE guy who ruined it for all other illegal immigrants. Facts show that they come here homeless and poor, and COMMIT CRIMES. They aren't coming here and getting amazing jobs and suddenly opening businesses. They are living on the streets, booting kids out of schools and airports so they can sleep there. How are people missing this? This isn't a good thing. Not sure what else needs to happen so people see this.

Honestly, I don't know. They are both terrible people but if I am judging on my experience during either president I know for a fact that myself and my family were definitely doing better under Trump. But voting wise, I am really not sure yet. I really don't want four more years of Biden, but I am not sure there is a "lesser evil" in my opinion.

You need to read a little on Polynesian travel between the islands and how they settled and divided up land, societies. Hawaii was pretty isolated for anywhere between 500 to 800 years. Early settlements were likely around 1100 to 1200, then remained isolated for hundreds of years until (TA-DA!!!!) ytpepo came. There really wasn't a huge need to go to war when you're a FOCKING ISLAND ISOLATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THOUSANDS OF MILES OF WATER. Good try tho.

They tried to pass a law on ammunition this last time around, but on Jan 1, it's now on hold because ammunition isn't a gun, so it has different rules and now has to go to the SC, as it's not constitutional.
