This was the one I also thought of.

Why would Jeebus take his chosen people during their new year celebration?

I think that's my feeling as well. I just don't care. He never was an actor that I was really interested in or whatever. Not like the Pee Wee Herman documentary, I liked that one because I LOVED PW as a kid.

NV and TX have also experienced the CA increase in prices too. It's what happened in CA when Bay Area folks sold their 3 million dollar home and bought a $500k house in Sac Valley.

Rumors of a police coverup, saying that she ran over him in her car, etc. I just started watching the documentary, but I understand she's still on trial. Anyone following this? What are your thoughts?

Hepatitis B and C are sexually transmitted. You can get it from body fluids like blood, semen, vaginal fluids. Can also get it from sharing needles, and then mothers can give tit o their babies through natural childbirth. Waiting until 12 isn't a great idea, though. BUT...needing it at birth isn't required unless Mom tested positive. They test women for this prior to giving birth. If you test positive, YOU get a shot and so does your baby.

I would actually like to learn more about this. Only because Tylenol is the ONLY pain med that pregnant women are recommended to take, and it's usually the go to for infants as well. Tylenol actually blocks pain signals in the brain, Advil works on the chemicals involved in pain and inflammation. Tylenol can also actually do a huge number on your liver, that's why you shouldn't take it for hangovers or if you already have a focked up liver.

Google searches for "help with mortgage" passes 2008 housing crisis level.

Prop 13 allows home owners to keep their property tax rates at the levels they were in the late 70s (roughly 1%). They are paying significantly less in property tax than people who purchased after that. If they move, they will pay current property taxes. Downsizing would be dumb in this case for someone who is 77, on limited income and is in their last decade of their life. So, you're looking at someone who pays like $500/year to go up to over $3k/year...if not more. Why would they move if their house is paid off and they pay less in taxes? My dad bought that house brand new in 1978 for $24k. Fock, I wouldn't move either. -

So she's arrested for blocking access to the clinic, however crowds of people can block streets and full freeways and it's cool? -

Can't speak for other states, but part of the reason this happens in CA is that a lot of those old people are still paying 1970s property taxes. AND...their houses are paid off. At this point, if my dad (77) were to move, he'd have a mortgage, even if he got ALL the proceeds from the sale of his house. Why should he move? -

That's low for CA, $600k would be a find here. -
NAACP ‘deeply concerned’ over Turning Point USA interest meeting
TheNewGirl replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
They need to hold these types of things at locations other than schools and not during school hours. Also, is NAACP concerned about meetings that push democratic and liberal views? -
Me either and I don't think he should lie in state in the US Capitol either.

Speaker of the House in MN, MN state flags were flown at half staff for her and John Hoffman. Also, shot by someone who was appointed by Waltz. She was in the MN capitol rotunda and also the first woman to lie in state in the rotunda at the MN capitol.

Attacked; not murdered. Also, didn't die.

Are they dying because of old age or are they murdered brutally in front of thousands of people? Or does it matter? Trump has stayed civil when others have passed away; went to the funeral of Carter who was a Democrat. He also made decent comments about RBG.

Very very difficult for capitalism and socialism to exist in the same society without a lot of inequality and contention. I'd like to say that the USA is trying it, however, the middle class is being drained with all of the "safety nets" being provided to undocumented citizens (bankrupt health care providers is one example). At least you're admitting it at this point that you're all about building your own wealth and that's why you hire immigrants. And...I call bull on you wanting "freedom for everyone." -

A lot of European countries have those kinds of requirements, however I think recently with influx of immigrants there the requirements have fallen by the way-side. Germany is close to Denmark; must live there for eight years, know the language proficiently, etc. They DO have programs for individuals seeking asylum, however they are only allowed to stay in a certain jurisdiction/county for a set amount of time...so they are constantly moving all over the country to locations they haven't lived. Eventually, they will run out and have to go somewhere else to live. -
Food is ridiculously expensive, don't you think??

We are trying to figure out how to increase our tenants rent as well; CA has a lot of strict laws about it. So, how to terminate her current lease form the landlord end and do a new one to increase her rent. Or, tell her the other option is eviction/she needs to move as we are going to sell? Not sure.
