Can Packers shut up the champagne poppers?

As a Ravens fan, I would love to see the Ravens beat the Packers in the SB, although i am not sure we could. However, almost as much, never having to hear about that f-ing Dolphins team that won 12 games a hundred years ago would be nice too...

    A Different Take on Tebow.......

Unanswered prayers are god's way of telling you he doesn't exist...

    Why do people hate Tebow?

I can only speak for myself, but for me it is his 'faith'. I don't hate the guy, but I refuse to support someone who openly promotes an idea that I find harmful to civilization. Of course this is just my opinion, and doesn't explain everyones feelings about Tebow, but I think this is a factor at least for some people. Moreover, if you know anything about fundamentalist christianity, you know that it has a large base in the greater Denver area, which goes a long way to showing why there has been so much clamoring among Broncos fans for Tebow to play. My guess would be that white middle class christians make up a large portion of the Denver fan-base (and an even greater portion of those able to buy tickets), which led to the Tebow hype at least in Denver. Watching these people push for a QB change, solely because they share his religious beliefs is annoying. I am against anyone promoting something I believe has harmed humanity, simply because I don't want these ideas p[propagated, end of story. That said, distasteful as it was, I took a shot on him in two leagues and wish he would keep his religion to himself and run in a few touchdowns. He is not good.

    Waiting for Tebot

nice reference for the thread title...

    Tebow time is coming.

Tebow is praying real hard to play, so god will have him in there real soon (possibly by killing off Orton and Quinn in fiery car crashes), cause we all know god answers prayers. Make your moves accordingly...

    FYI: Rivers Suxs

I just put your 'jump to conclusions' mat in the mail, that'll be $19.99. He'll finish as a top 10 QB.

    Question for Michael Vick owners...

Kolb and not really happy about it...

    If you have Vick...

Assuming you have Vick, and weren't able to get a top backup, do you trade from strength for a top QB now? We have seen how weak the o-line is, and how often he gets hit (which we knew before the season), and have already been faced with two injuries. If you weren't able to get a very good backup (Stafford, Ryan, Flacco, Rothlisburger), but only a mediocre one, are you worried? Do you try to get a top 12 QB now, or wait to see when he is really out for an extended period. Presumably the team with Newton has another excellent QB, possibly someone took Flacco and Stafford in the middle rounds. Assuming you find yourself with some strength at another position, do you try to target a team with an extra top QB now, or hope for the best with Vick? Or do you roll with your mediocre back-up (Bradford, Kolb, Cutler, Orton, etc.). Has to be a few people struggling with this issue right now.

Is tonight Helus hello to the fantasy owners?

I own Helu in a league where I could really use him (Charles, Felix, R.Bush), but I don't see any reason to think he's going to be a start-able player unless Hightower gets injured (which given what has happened so far this season, I suppose might be considered likely). Hightower has played well and the Skins are winning, why rock the boat. I know, I know, Shanny, but he generally makes changes after someone falters (granted it doesn't take much of a falter), and Hightower hasn't faltered. And I haven't seen anything yet that makes me think he will. Again, I hope I am wrong, I don't have Hightower on any of my teams, but I think as long as Hightower plays reasonably well, he remains the undisputed starter. Hopefully Helu can be my keeper for next year.

    Week 4 Waiver Wires

LeRon Mclain - Not because he's going to breakout so much, but because T.Jones is going really underwhelm...
