Same thing here I played Eli too and it negated most of his points. A couple hours before the game I picked him up and played him over Fred Davis. Had like 3 people txt me and say they were going to pick him up. Snooze you lose!

I did this in one of my leagues last year. In this league you can only make 8 waiver pickups for the whole year. My kicker was on a bye, and when looking at the FA kickers available, I saw a kicker from a monday night team was there. I used 6 moves and didn't want to waste one of my last two moves if I didn't need it. So I waited to see how the score shook out. If I was down a few points I would of picked up the kicker and played him monday night. I ended up being up big and not needing to waste a move But like someone else said some waivers get locked after the games start, so check your league rules first of course.

I do like Bennet and Pitta more. But I expect him to have more games like he did last night (7 catches 97 yds) then the two clunkers he put up the first two weeks. He looked good last night and Cam was looking for him a lot (14 targets). I think the Panthers will make more of an emphasis on keeping him involved. I think by the end of the year he'll finish a top 10-12 TE.

I'm not a big fan of having two recievers going to the same team. But since Hernandez is hurt you don't have any other options at TE. Tough call sitting Harvin and Fitz for Miles Austin. You definitely could use some help at WR, and are deep at RB. So I would definitely work something out here. I'd personally give up Demarco Murray for Julio. Demarco Murray just doesn't score many TD's. Roddy White may give you more consistent numbers but Julio has bigger upside and should be in for some monster games throughout the year.

Yeah not looking good. I was high on him during drafts for two reasons: 1. I thought he would be the #1 WR in DEN. - NOPE D Thomas is definitely their big play guy and main red zone target. 2. I thought Manning could get back to his old self and put up huge numbers. - While he looks OK, I think it's safe to say at this point he wont be throwing 400 yard 4 td games on the regular anymore. I just sent Decker out in an offer to someone who I know really wanted him during the draft in hopes he still has some faith in him.
