Tough call... I think Maroney has the most upside, MJD has the higher likelihood of being a one hit wonder, or at least significantly digress (TDs are finicky things) and Addai is probably the most stable of the three.

Disagree....First of all, GJones hasn't emerged or show really anything outside of preseason upside. MJD can't take the full workload, they need Taylor, and I'm sure he wants to finish his career a jaguar. They'll come to a deal. And its for the best for the Jags.

Everyone forgets that FT was a beast least year, MJD came on strong as the year went on, but Taylor was as effective running the ball as he was as a youngster. FT had 1400 all purpose yards, carried the ball at 5 ypc, and had 6 td's, and remember that MJD was hawking TDs all over the place. Dissapointing TD total from a FF perspective, but from a football perspective he was highly highly productive. If you are getting 5 yards per carry from your banger, you are very happy.

I think you guys are being unduly harsh. Phillips was the guy who took a bills team through the transition and back into the playoffs. He re-identified them as a defensive team. Cowboys have far more offensive firepower than the Bills did, and their defense has the talent to be special. I think he might be a good fit there.

You are talking big picture as in W/L, i can understand that. Instead of overglorifying Peyton, i am valuing the overall Colts team, they are the ones who are underappreciated so Peyton can get his limelight. Had the defense not step up HUGE...just HUGE in the playoffs, (you forget they gave up a league record for rushing yards/gm against, yet the D dismantled a great KC rushing offense, a good Pats rushing tandem, and a very good bears rushing tandem) the defense and the O-line protection/running game took two steps forward to get them from perennial playoff losers to superbowl champs... Peyton Manning did what peyton manning does, plays great against bad opponents and struggles against good. I didn't see him make the same strides that the rest of the team did to step up and win. Yet he is the guy everyone talks about, and it isn't right, nor fair to the rest of the team.

not at all, there are still intelligent sane people who can see this year was just an anomoly. Colts were the third best team in the AFC, and they were also the third best team in the NFL. They can hope Hobbs gets called for another Phantom PI call that changes the game next year, but odds are it won't.
