Sounds like the judge's hands were tied here. It's the law that's stupid, not the judge. -

Nobody caught this. I think everyone in this thread needs a cognitive test. -

Calling EDJR - Superbowl Squares this year?
Thornton Melon replied to SUXBNME's topic in The Geek Club
We called it "tonic" when I was a kid, but that's died off. It's just "soda" now. And it's not "Bahstahn", it's "Bawwstihn" -
2nd To Last Episode Of The Shield Tonight
Thornton Melon replied to George Carlin's topic in The Geek Club
I had the experience with SOA that you had with The Shield. I just watched the last couple of seasons because I had so much time invested in it. I just wanted it to end. I love Walton Goggins, but that whole tranny storyline was just creepy and unrealistic....there's no way that would fly with a biker gang. -
2nd To Last Episode Of The Shield Tonight
Thornton Melon replied to George Carlin's topic in The Geek Club
I could not possibly disagree more. I thought The Shield was great all the way thru, and particularly Season 5, which was probably the best season of any show I've ever watched. -

Sorry, I didn't mention the punter is able to adjust the launch angle so he could put it inside the other team's 5 yard line every time -

Wouldn't you just be giving the other team the ball on their own 20 every time? I'd rather have a guy that could punt the ball 200 yards vertically -

1. Trust me, I don't need a link 2. This guy's Pfizer Teams profile, complete with his photo and org chart, was posted on the Internet a year ago when this first happened. (I thought everyone knew this.)
-
That guy worked for Pfizer, up until quite recently. He either quit, or was hit in the layoffs in December. He was a director, but Pfizer has hundreds, maybe thousands, of employees with the word "Director" in their job title. He was pretty high up, though. That said, he didn't reveal anything nefarious about the company or the vaccine. He simply said a colleague wondered aloud in a meeting if the virus could be manipulated so it would be more stable and susceptible to the vaccine. Which for a coronavirus is basically impossible, since it does what it damn well pleases.
