An amendment goes through the House and Senate first, then if passed by 2/3 majority in both, goes to the states where it needs 3/4 of the states to ratify. The courts have nothing to do with this. The proposed amendment repeals and replaces the 22nd. That said, there's no way this will pass. Personally, I wouldn't vote for it were I a legislator.

Another "I thought he already died" moment for me... I liked his autobiography Catcher in the Wry. Full of self-deprecating humor. There was one photo of him sliding into home, and his caption read something like: "Here's me going from 3rd base to home on my teammate's triple...safe on a close play" He's in the front row now. RIP

Tell me about it....I usually ended up starting the wrong guys at the other positions. I think I had the biggest differential between optimal points and actual points in my league.

I drafted Love and Daniels. I picked up Mayfield, later traded Mayfield, later picked up Nix. Short answer is Daniels, as he started 10 of my 15 games.

10 teams, 4 make the playoffs. I finished in a 6 team tie at 9-6 for best record, but wound up in 5th on total points.
