Very similar RB's in terms of talent, injury risk, inconsistency & strength of schedule- I'll go with McFadden because Oakland has a better offense than Kansas, the Chiefs are most likely going to be playing from behind in most games which means more passes and fewer rushes for Charles. They also will not hesitate to sit Charles because they've got good RB back-ups in Hillis & Straughn

Keep Charles, even then you are still too thin at RB, dump one of those WR bums and pick up a cuff RB
