  1. Don't over analyze this game... It's a big number, Fade the points with confidence. GB by two scores

Money in the bank for those of you that took my play on the Pack.... On the other hand, from a fantasy perspective... Obviously complete disappointment. Congrats to all of you Tom Crabtree, Driver, or Kellen Davis owners tonight. Unless you had Crosby or either Def, the only people smiling tomorrow morning will be managers who had no action whatsoever on the Thursday Night Game. Is this any indication of what we are to expect for week 2?

  2. I'll throw out a couple predictions...

    GB

    Rodgers 28/36 363 3/1

    Benson 18-56 TD

    Jordy 8-123 TD

    Cobb 4-90 TD

    Jones 6-77

    Finley 6-54 TD

    CHI

    Cutler 23/41 266 1/2

    Forte 13-44, 6-48

    Bush 12-44, 2-12

    Marshall 9-110

    Jeffery 4-62

    Bennett 3-32

    Davis 2-20 TD

    Hester 1-21

Packers 34-17... These predictions are sure to go wrong. Nevertheless, best of luck to everyone. Let's start Week 2 off BIG!

  3. I'll offer you a bag of fritos. Not the big bag, the one from the vending machine.

On gotitans.com, we have a thread listing things longer than CJ's run total today. So far...

    1. The world's longest measured dump.

    2. The watermelon seed spitting record (4 times longer).

    3. A giraffe lying down.

We are recommending that the Titans cut CJ and sign a giraffe. If it holds the ball in its mouth, and falls forward, then we will have a much improved running game.

Could not stop laughing for a good 30 seconds... Nice work Sir.

  4. Hello... Let me preface this post by stating that I am in 14 fantasy football leagues this season and went 13-1 last week. The only game I lost was where I had DMC Monday Night in a PPR and needed just one more reception. I will not list each of my 14 rosters, but I can assure you that they are all the greatest of all time. And I know this after just one week of football. I know that I will win all of my games in week 2 also, because they are all unbeatable and I always play the optimal line up... Even if it does include players like MJD, Ogletree, and Stephen Hill. All players I knew to play Week 1 of course, for undisclosed reasons.

My goodness... Can we rename this topic "One Up Guy"?

  5. No insight here... But +1, as I will be playing Jeffery tomorrow night as my WR3. A repeat of week one would be satisfactory (3-80-1, 5 targets). For me, it was going to be between him or Nate Wash anyways... If nothing else, playing Jeffery because I will be watching the game beginning to end at one of my favorite local bars after a 10-hour stressfully day at work. I don't feel this is to far of a reach and it gives me something to cheer for throughout the game as CHI plays catch up. Needless to say, TEN @ SD is on the brink of unwatchable IMO.

  6. Hello everyone, new to the FF Boards... Always enjoy reading everyone's perspectives and opinions on what consumes our lives this time of year... Fantasy Football.

As for Turner, tough sell right now. The majority of people I know did not want to touch him draft time a month ago. After going 11-32 (2.9) Week 1, not much has changed. I hate to use the term "upside", but he has none IMO. Unless you are in a league with an ATL Homer, you are likely stuck with him for the next 16. The fact that he is a starter, and has a successful resume of work over the past 4 seasons or so is the only reason why he should be a bench player at best no matter league size or settings.

My advice to any Turner owner right now is to make a move for Jacquizz while his stock is low. At least you will own a monopoly in the ATL, and then play your RBs accordingly.

    Best of Luck!
