What will you change about your draft strategy next year?

I thought last season was bad with injuries but this season was way worse. My 4 biggest money leagues I am or have wrapped up the season in 1st place in a 12 team and 10 team league. I went best available for the most part and did well avoiding a ton of injuries. My other 2 leagues I finished in 10th in a 10 team league also going best available but lost 5 of my first 6 picks to injuries and Brees being the last man standing might as well be hurt. The other league I am 13th out of 14 teams and was a repeat of going best available and with injuries hurting me badly and being a 14 team league things thin out way too quickly. I will continue to draft best available but will go more heavy on RBs in mid to late rounds going forward to try and avoid the injury bug.

*** OFFICIAL Chiefs / Raiders TNF Game Thread***

Raiders are the better team on offense and the D is heading in the right direction. If Smith can manage the offense for KC and control time of possession sadly I think KC's D will be the deciding factor and they will knock off the Raiders again. Give the Raiders another year to build this young team up and next year they sweep KC.

    Risky to start Mitchell?

If you are in a situation where you must win this week, and your team looks like it needs a miracle to win then I say you play Mitchell over the others since his ceiling now without Gronk could be crazy high. Play Snead if you just need a solid floor and have a team that looks to be on paper "ahead" of your opponent. Opponent having Brady means nothing. The game is all about playing the person you think will get you the most points at said position. Any sort of "cancel out" theory is a waste of time. thePro same for your team as above. I rank your choices if you need a miracle as Mitchell, Matthews (if 100%) and then Robinson. Robinson has been the biggest let down of the year at WR IMO. I had the choice of Diggs or Mitchell in a 1 PPR league this week in which I am just looking for the better floor option and played Diggs who I was happy to get 10 to 16 points out of based on the rest of my team. 12 team league with Julio Jones and Amari Cooper as my 2 go to WRs. Thanks to keeper rules I got to keep David Johnson as a 8th round pick and my team is clicking on all cylinders with Carr or Eli at QB along with Carlos Hyde, Spencer Ware (and recent bench stashes of Dion Lewis and Asiata) at RB and Eifert and Rudolph at TE. We get to flex 2 spots between WR/RB/TE and my team has done well dodging injuries other than losing my drunken 5th and 6th rd picks of Gio and Josh Gordon. Locked down 1st place last week for a week 1 playoff bye.

    Benching Julio!?

You think Julio's performance today may be the next coming of John Holmes?

    Anyone trusting Palmer this week?

Who is the better play this week Palmer or Carr? I somehow managed to end up with these 2 QBs on my team in 3 different leagues.

    Jordan Reed Replacement Thread

He is going into concussion protocol for what his 5th concussion? Hell he may want to considering retiring. Hunter is a better choice than Gates. IMO best choice out of that group.

What Do You Need on Monday Night Football?

With Shepard out there I think you should be good to go unless Eli doesn't throw any TDs other than to OBJ.

What Do You Need on Monday Night Football?

What stop at zero yards? Have him get turned around, run 20 yards the wrong way, have a non-contact injury dropping the ball and then Minn D picks up the ball and runs it in for a defensive TD.

What Do You Need on Monday Night Football?

I don't need much Fantasy Football Gods, just give me 5 points out of the foot of Blair Walsh that is all I want tonight. Keeps me 4-0 in a league in which my team is crazy good other than my big hole now of Carson Palmer at QB. I did manage to grab Carr before the weekend started though so I am not completely screwed at QB.

    Gronk or Barnidge?

Barnidge hasn't really put up much so far this season so I say swing for the fences with Gronk. You took him probably in the 1st round so might as well sink or swim with your 1st pick.

    Hyde/JHoward/Gurley/Ingram/McKinnon...I need to sit 2

100% sit McKinnon. I lean sitting JHoward next because it is the Bears and Fox and you just never know. Not being PPR tough choice though I start Hyde and Gurley for sure and then it is either Ingram or JHoward but lean Ingram still.

    SuperFlex help

If the answer is a 2nd QB you always go 2nd QB. I lean Winston over Brock but either choice is better than the other options.

Flex help .5 PPR. Evans, Pryor, Hyde, Ware or L Murray?

    Bump, anyone have any input?
  14. I am on the fence in one league between flexing Cmike or Beasley. It is a 1 PPR league so decisions decisions.
