That TD is a gift from the NFL. Between the obvious missed pi in the early game, and the phantom roughing the passer call against the chiefs, the Superbowl is on pace to having the wrong two teams.

Pats being gifted the calls

Not if the other guy has any sense

Eli is a mircacle helmet catch away from not even being in consideration.

Mahomes is the easy one. It's a wait and see approach on the RB's. As of now, I lean Jones. However, offensive minded coaches will sometimes bring in their own RBs to run their system. If the Packers sign a back or draft a RB early, I'd be hesitant to keep Jones. Bell is also rumored to have interest in Indy, if they sign him obviously Mack is done there. Michael at round 5 seems like an okay fall back option if the other two scenarios play out.

Chargers at Patriots: In-Game Discussion
Brutal Brutus replied to Mike FF Today's topic in FFToday Board
The playoffs have sucked so far. Only one or two decent games. -
The problem with hiring defensive coordinators as head coaches is that you need a really good oc. If you get a good oc he's likely gone in a year or two, so the following year you bring in a new system. Good luck grooming young QBs when you have either a mediocre oc or a revolving door of coaches and systems.
-
I did. Bad coaching, terrible o-line, and limited talent outside of Fitz and Dj
-
Oh he was bad, but rookie QB behind a bad o-line with bad coaches and bad skill position players, who do you blame? Could be him, could be a combination of the other factors.
-
I have no problem with Foles getting a shot at being a starting QB next year, but saying the 30 year old should get his shot with the Cards and they give up a draft pick doesn't make any sense
-
You want your QB thinking it, not saying it. Fine line between confidence and arrogance.
-
They really need a couple of teams to love Haskins. Right now, the #1 pick doesn't hold the value it usually does. The top talent is on the defensive side and there isn't a lot of drop off in picks 1-5.
-
He's going to simplify the reads. These young QBs aren't being asked to read a defense like Brady and Brees are doing. Coaches are making it simple and teaching the QBs to run an enhanced college system.

Cardinals set to hire Kliff Kinsbury as head coach
Brutal Brutus replied to Mike FF Today's topic in FFToday Board
I like the hire given the state of the Cardinals. They were 3-13, it can't get much worse, swing for the fence. The roster will be overhauled this off season and has roughly $70 million in free space. The offense can be molded to fit Kinsbury's offensive style and he has solid reputation working with and developing young QBs. I believe coaches are making a lot of -
Your team is out -- which team are you rooting for?
Brutal Brutus replied to DonS's topic in FFToday Board
I cheer for whoever is playing new England. Everyone else I'm pretty indifferent towards. Cowboys and Eagles seem to have a high percentage of annoying fans, but I don't have much against the teams. -
Sling might have something similar. Any Roku type device can download that.

My bad, probably should have reread the question.

Will you take mahomes #1 overall next year
Brutal Brutus replied to kilroy69's topic in FFToday Board
This is flawed in the majority of leagues. If you have the #12 RB or WR he's a must start. In 1QB leagues, no one is starting the #12 QB every week. You can stream your way to mid QB1 numbers and be within 5 points of the top QB. The same can't be said at the other positions. -
I finished reading your second paragraph and thought if you said anyone other than Adams you're wrong. He was money for me all year. I was in two leagues this year (won both) and had stakes in Adams, Brown, Thomas and Hilton. Adams was the only one I could count on for weekly production in standard. He's the #1 wr on my board going into next year.
-
His situation is in too much flux to say yes or no.
-
If he continues show he's a workhorse and everything points to him keeping that job next year, I could see him being in the conversation for middle to end of round 1.
-
Adams would be my first wr off the board. His consistency was unmatched at the position.

Team of the Decade candidates - Patriots are team of the decade
Brutal Brutus replied to JustinCharge's topic in FFToday Board
New England would have to fall flat these last couple years and Seattle would have to end it really strong to entertain any team other than the pats as being the team of the decade. Philly could finish strong, but not sure they could be considered the team of the past 10 years.
