Hackett is sooooo bad….we heard all the chatter after last week….this week he was no different he was just fortunate this week again…defense bailed him out and Wilson came through on a drive what he does with Williams is criminal…it’s clear Williams is his best offensive weapon…he never allow him to get into a rhythm….he also is uncreative about finding ways to get him the ball in space gordon put the ball on the ground twice last night Gand was still in there to finish off a td drive….mike Boone getting snaps,….yet when they got the ball back with 2 minutes left Williams is the guy out there Is Williams that bad at pass protection? Soemeone tell me if he is…..or there is something else Williams does/doesn’t do that must piss Hackett off….or am I missing something? late in the 1st half we saw Williams get going for a. Few minutes …got a glimpse of what can happen….but this staff, like the last, doesn’t allows the guy to get going….despite the win and winning the last two weeks I saw 0 improvement offensively from Denver……I could understand it last year with that coaching staff….and team…..but this makes little sense to me at least

The broncos also let Gordon test free agency and I believe he came back for less money(correct me if I’m wrong) so it didn’t seem like he was a priority…I dunno….just seems odd the usage….if u google javontes name during a game and read the twitter feed it’s funny in a sad way…just ppl complaining….and it’s not only ff players….writers and analysts too but ya Hackett is a true hack….so uncreative….forcing all he knows and believes up in on Russ instead of tailoring things to his talent….

Ya the whole offense looks terrible….I think it could be the result of Hackett trying to make Wilson something he isnt hackett seems out of his depth….clueless……no idea how to accentuate what he has….I think he only knows one way and not how to a adjust to what he has…….the thing to me is this…will he thank his lucky stars he’s 2-1 and realize he needs to reevaluate what he’s doing and change some things up? I don’t own any saints so I don’t follow them much…but I did draft Kamara his rookie year in the 15th round in my high stakes league and he’s amazing…although I agree w sentiment that it’s not the same without Brees taking the snaps i took javonte in the 2nd after Barkley in the 1st in my high stakes league this year…I’m a big javonte guy and was last year too as I had him then also i think the broncos know that javonte is the better/More explosive player….as pointed out Denver was willing to let Gordon walk and test free agency…iirc he camera back and took less money but don’t quote me on that….I do believe that broncos see Gordon as better in pass protection although I don’t think it’s a major deficiency for Williams…and Williams is the better receiver/playmaker…..I agree w you the 11 catches were more favorable game script than something we will prob see regularly…after all he caught more balls than anyone not named Kupp last week…but he can still get u around 5 a game I believe Denver loves him and knows he’s the better back…but I think they ware wary of overuse and giving him Najee Harris/Jon Taylor work and having him break down…..I’m also wondering if the Wilson to Jeudy/Sutton rapport will take more time together cohesive if it even becomes consistent at all …so I think there will be enough opportunity for javonte even with Gordon stealing a few series here and there…. also not worried about the fumble…glasnow admitted the play was changed to run and he didn’t hear it and set up to pass block….javonte ran into him as soon as he took the handoff…as soon as javonte tried to bounce off him there was another guy waiting to meet him and punched the ball….also I believe an anomaly i just believe javonte is too good not to shine…sooner or later he’s going to start breaking tackles and plays…google his name during games and you’ll find twitter blowing up with ppl staying hes in “jail” and needs to be unleashed…some are ff owners of course! Some are football writers …we saw what he could do last year when Gordon was out and he had the full workload…eventually he’s going to get you…great burst and great and breaking tackles….Denver needs to find the perfect balance between featuring him and not exposing him to too much work so he stays healthy/fresh…the guy has elite ability

kendrick bourne to NOT have 57 pts in ppr lol....javonte and kc defense really helped me seperate last night....so awesome to be playing a defense that scores over 20 points while having a guy playing against that defense have 29 pts

yeah i could see maybe the split leaning a bit towards williams now but prob not by much of a margin

definitley.....i havent looked into their playoff chances now after last night...but im guessing they arent great...... it really depends on how they look at gordon...isnt his contract up? if they could bring him back on a relatively good deal they might be one of those teams that might enjoy the 2 back rotation(especially if theyre both good).....also if gordon comes back next week i could see the split starting to lean in williams favor a bit.....they might want to show of williams a bit more to court aaron rodgers..... long term though i could see gordon staying, especially if a. rodgers comes....having depth at any position is super key to making a superbowl run..... i remember the week leading up to the titans/pats game up here on local radio...they were talking about the running back rooms of each team and how after henry went down the drop off was very steep....but when harris is out the drop off isnt much, if anything, at all for the patriots....who also lost james white....and bolden is even playing well....depth at every position is key so denver long term might be looking to keep both around

agreed its also kind of ridiculous that hurdling is outlawed in most HS games...yet you have kids diving at other kids knees all day/night long

it would be fair if qbs were fair game and defensive players werent flagged for various types of hits.....some even so ridiculous.....stop worrying about my life view if the qb is allowed to slide to avoid being lit up....then when he intends to slide he should be marked down...its common sense

doesnt put officials in a bad spot....puts defenders in a bad spot...officials are going to protect the qb...you hit them on a slide youre going to get flagged or ejected.......ive been in love with the game of football since i was 7....i just hate how the pressure over head injuries has changed the game...i do get it....but the game is so frickin fast at the collegiate and NFL levels that asking for defensive players to go full tilt and then slow up is just not fair......they may need to make a rule where the official can mark you down at the spot if they think you intended to, or started the act of, slide.....the defensive players are already at enough of a disadvantage here

i dont do that nor do i need to....lol..im saying in this guys situation it makes sense...hes in a differnet league with a different type of waiver wire...its late in the year and if he wants to block a guy from getting guys its totally fine...its not a strategy i would suggest doing from week 1 on....but its later in the year and things are getting gritty....you gotta do what you feel is best...and if its within the rules and not colluding with another team? then it is fair
