    Week 2 Waiver Wire!!

Shhhh. people can hear you. Some people may be overlooking this. If he is suspended, he can't practice, right? I was hoping he got some reps with the 2s and has chemistry with Jones. We'll see.

Who do you regret drafting so far?

Last Thursday, both QBs looked like a$$ but Jameis made some improvements. Week 1, he was missing Evans, his WR1, with the flu. That will change your game plan. Both games he targeted my dude, Godwin, and hopefully can keep making good reads to move the ball. This week, at home, against the NYG-men, should be another step in the right direction.

Crazy to start Josh Allen over Cam

Well he does face the J.E.T.S. so there's tons of upside.

Any sleeper WR for this week?

Zay should get the targets now that he's the only option left in Buffalo, although Robert Foster is a good deep ball threat for Josh Allen Either of these guys, or Anthony Miller if/when Trubisky comes back. Godwin if you are in a Taco league, should get some run with D Jax out.

    Marquez Valdes-Scantling

Was able to grab Marlon Mack a couple weeks ago, I think after the Pats game on Thursday night. Then last week I got MVS when Allison was ruled out. Go Bulls! \m/

    Brandin Cooks week 16

I think the pendulum swings back to Dede this week, especially facing an exploitable SF defense. Bortles seems to alternate good weeks to his 1a and 1b WRs, and i don't think Hurns coming back impacts Dede as much as some think. Disclaimer, I face Cooks this weekend for the Super Bowl.

    CHANGE MY LINE-UP?

But it's an Even week and Hill is at Home, double whammy, plus he should face Xavien Howard, an up and coming stud CB who shut down B Cooks in the Pats game. Is Smiths mobility enough to buy him time that Brady didn't have, to get Hill open for the Boom game? I wouldn't put MY Ship on it. I'd agree with weep, but flex Engram as a target monster vs. the slot and safeties of Arizona.

    Defense Wins..... The Toilet Bowl

I think Winston was charged up to play on a big stage and at home for MNF. I don't feel like this is the norm for him and he just made the throws he had to make. He does have his top two weapons who he started the season with, in Brate and Evans, and a couple fresh young bucs to catch his passes, though. But Carolina, at home, in a division game, should be a close, lower score for TB and the Panthers may force a turnover or two. I'd roll Panthers

RB Help / Dion or Collins?

First. But seriously, I would look at Collins in Baltimore if the weather forecast keeps showing rain during this game. Balt is favored and they should run a ball control, grind it out game vs. the lowly Colts. I own Dion, and the Shot Callers Report says to Flex him for a floor, so consider that as well but both are good/great plays this week.

Final All Out Blitz of the season

Made it to the finals, even with Rhodes closed for AJ Green. Do I start him this week vs. another shutdown corner, in Slay, or roll with a combo of Funchess v. TB (shoulder injury though) Woods v. Ten, Martavis v. Hou, or Diggs v. GB? Thanks for a great season and good luck to all in the 'Ship!

    Sanu l Dede l J. Stew ? Standard League

I'd roll with Dede this week Tampa is supposed to be getting back TJ Ward and possibly our #1/2 CB in Hargreaves. This along with the Monday Night(mare) script should help you decide that Jax being the heavy favorite will put up points on Houston and Dede will reap the rewards. Hope you make it to the 'Chip!

    Hopkins, Goodwin, or Hogan

Playing Goodwin this week who should see a lot of targets and end up better than a hobbled Hopkins vs. the shutdown CBs that Jax has to offer. Also read that Goodwin's father past away this week, so the tribute game script is in play Good Luck!

    AJ Green ejected

I read this somewhere else. Correct spelling is Cortland Innegan. Andre beat the F out of him LOL

    RB 2 Help needed..

It's your team, but Coleman is your best option at RB2
  15. 10 Team Standard WRs are AJ/Diggs/Funchess/Martavis RBS are Zeke/KHunt/Gilly/DJJ Is giving away Leveon worth it, for top tier (2nd tier) WR and Doug Martin who I will Flex or start most weeks? We start 2WR 2RB and Flex

    Jordan Reed on PUP

FWIW - From PewterReport.com: "Besides Winston and Evans who do you think could have a fantasy football impact this season? Answer: Cameron Brate. I am far from a fantasy expert, but I know what I see on the field, and nearly every practice, 15 minutes after the rest of the team is done, Winston and Brate are working on red zone routes. And sometimes it is other joining in, but you can almost always count on No. 84 being a part of it. Evans will get his share of looks – and touchdowns as well – but despite the Bucs spending a first round pick on a tight end, it is the undrafted Harvard grad that Winston has a tremendous chemistry with and that should equate to Brate matching, or even exceeding, his touchdown reception number (8) from last season. "

    Terrence West or Doug Martin

Agree with weepaws. Go West this week, Martin still not fully back.

    WR Help!(Includes Thu nite guy!)

Risk/reward favors the Bold. I'm going with SS Sr. tonight, in hopes he gets some love from Flacco, at home! He's on the cusp of overtaking a Receiving Yards milestone, needs like 57, and I think CLE gets lit up from slot receivers, like him. just my 2 cents...

    P Barber--Week 10

As a Tampa homer, I've tried to roll with the Next man up for the past three games...only time it worked out 'okay' was vs. Oaklands run D. I think Chicago has a better run defense than the Bucs Rushing offense, in particular our 4th string RB. It sounds like a bit of Barber and some Mike James to spell him, so the workload might be there for him, if he can do anything with it I'm not sure. I am glad Antone smith is not in the way, anymore.

    VJax

As a M.Evans owner, I think they did more to get him involved than worry about getting VJax catches. 7 targets tho. Also, Atlanta has a good secondary, Trufant is an avoid at all costs CB...he got 1 interception early and taught Winston to be on target or else, so he threw the other way all day. too bad for Vincent, but worked for me and Evans

    Zach Ertz Value?

Interesting that Coach Pederson was overseeing the emergence of Kelce last year, and could help Ertz breakout this year with a check-down QB in Wentz. https://www.numberfire.com/nfl/news/7495/can-zach-ertz-thrive-under-philadelphia-s-new-coaching-staff

...luckily this weeks game is NOT on a Thursday night. Unfortunately, it is a road game...smh

Starting Two WRs on the Same Team?

This worked a few years ago in AZ, with Fitz and Anquan Boldin. Also, Carson Palmer made the tandem of OchoCinco and TJ Hooshamama!

Palmer or Russell Wilson? I'm agonizing over it

In the same boat, James. I'm giving this way too much thought this week. Both at home, both lost their top rusher. Brady got Gronk back last week so that's a plus. Weather could be in play in Seattle, +1 Brady. Also, i think Tenn is worse against QBs than CLE is, but they're both bad. I learned back in week 2 against Buffalo (when they were a "good" defense) not to bench Brady. I don't want to learn that lesson twice this season.
