Sad truth is the majority of blacks are uneducated, they are stuck in a cycle of reproducing the same cycle over and over and it is getting larger just like the uneducated white in rural areas and Hispanics in urban areas. Young uneducated teens having babies in the ghetto that also become uneducated. There are exceptions but all of them of all colors are part of our society, and it is not changing anytime soon.
